Negative experience: not a terrible place but way to expensive for what your getting

Negative experience: Price is extremely high while the owners drive super cars with all the money they have from these expensive prices! While Movatis is cheaper and way better.

Fantastic experience: Total Fitness is a wonderful gym located in the Embrun area. Their equipment is modern and user friendly. They have a high standard for cleanliness. You can even book personal training sessions and go tanning. I see Amber for my personal training sessions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She listens to my needs so I can gain strength and muscle in the right area of my body. I highly recommend this business.

Negative experience: One of the most expensive gyms in the area for a rather small facility with some decent, but not spectacular, machines and equipment I sometimes hear phone calls go unanswered because staff is occupied around the gym and not at the front desk Maintenance is good (machines get fixed rather rapidly if broken) Staff is usually friendly and polite and will deal with people who cause trouble in the gym Overall an “ok” gym

Positive experience: Overall Average gym. Great for bodybuilding. I do not recommend if you are a powerlifter as there is not IPF benches/ combo racks. But for the general public it does the job just fine. Pros: nice equipment, open 24/7 to members, close to my school. Cons: customer service could be better, as it is often unprofessional, and the prices have almost doubled since last year.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to Total fitness for just under a year now and we have had some great results training with Amber & Cedric. The gym atmosphere is always positive and friendly.

Positive experience: Great gym, has a variety of different machines and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only down fall is the same as most gyms. Packed solid after regular work/school hours, sometimes with groupings of younger adults crowding around friends

Fantastic experience: I don’t even go to the gym for the gym but only for tanning and man are these ppl nice!!! I already feel at home just going in a few times a week for 15 min lol. Now I feel like joining just bc they make you feel at home and invited. To me that’s the most important in any business. They got it!!

Fantastic experience: Just did my first hiit workout with Cedrik Carriere at Embrun Total Fitness it was an amazing experience, looking forward to my next session. It was challenging but fun at the same time. I recommend Cedrik if you want a killer workout
