Gym over all is not bad, it is pricey if you using old equipment that break down lot compared to other good life gyms are so much more put together! Cant wait to get my corporate deal from work so can use other gyms

Positive experience: The staff at this location are awesome! Really friendly, really kind, and they always make you feel welcome. Aside from the weekend hours not being open later, especially since I work weekends, the Place d'Orleans location is my go to gym. Update; I noticed one of the trainers do nothing while she was at the front desk, except spend time on her phone. Shoulder length blonde hair, early to mid 20's. Good luck trying to get a towel or any other info from her.

Negative experience: This place has had the same equipment for approximately 10 years and it has not been updated. The Fit 4 Less just around the corner has better upgraded cardio and weight machines for 1/4 of the price. The class times are horrific. There are only 2 days of the week (one of those days is a Sunday, lol) that there are classes at 830am, and even that is far too late for the average working person who needs to be in an office between 8-930 every morning. Way to alienate a whole slew of working professionals who may decide to sign up for your gym and live in Orléans. They charge a premium price for outdated, tired equipment and inconvenient class times. Technology on cardio equipment has come a long way in the past decade and it’s sad to see Goodlife has not kept up with the times. I’m not sure how this goodlife is still in business, or even how this mall is still up and running. It’s probably the worst gym I’ve ever seen coupled with the sad location. I remember when this gym had amazing class times and the equipment was new and the place was bustling. It’s now a ghost town. I predict it will be shut down within the next 1 year based on how things are going. It’s safe to say as soon as my one year contract is up, I’m moving to Movati or Fit 4 Less...March can’t come fast enough!

Fantastic experience: Started coming to this location about a month and a half ago. Use to use the tenth line location. Comparitively, this gym is much smaller than the tenth line location. Although I prefer it as it is less busy and you don't have to wait as much to use certain workout stations. Great atmosphere, all staff are great, and seems to be fairly clean as well!

Positive experience: This is one of my favorite clubs. Can get quite busy so workout timing is key.

Positive experience: Less crowded and peaceful compared to other Goodlife branches. They have wooden sauna room, which is not that great and they don't have a swimming pool. Trainers are friendly.

Positive experience: I actually live closer to the tenth line location but I like the fact that this gym is less crowded and way cleaner. The staff is friendly and professional.

Negative experience: One of the only gyms with no wifi and too far from the mall to connect to theirs. The men's sauna doesnt get nearly as hot as the Tenth Line, St Laurent, or Downtown locations. The aged machines seem to be breaking down more often too. But it's not as busy there so it's got that going for it at least

Negative experience: worst place ever!!! Do not go there!!! I sign up for the deal of one month free at the gym, then its month per month. The guy told me I could cancel it when ever I wanted to without any fee... apparently I am sign up for a ONE YEAR membership. Now I have to pay 120$ plus I will be charge for the first month. I will never recommended Goodlife ever again.
