Fantastic experience: After having taken some time off the gym, I decided to join the CrossFit Fortis family. And I was welcomed with open arms along with some very knowledgeable and much needed training. This is an amazing gym - you will love it! I am so happy to be back to getting myself strong and even happier to have joined a great community (and most likely new friends) who will support & encourage to work hard! Prioritize your health and give CrossFit Fortis a try!

Fantastic experience: Game changer!! I joined Crossift Fortis 6 months ago and the progress has been amazing how it has impacted my fitness journey. They have friendly and experienced coaches always there, an inclusive and supportive community, and the variable workouts that can be scaled to your personal fitness sets up Crossfit Fortis as the perfect place to join. A 5 star fitness community all the way!!

Fantastic experience: Great staff, atmosphere and philosophy! The gym is open and feels inviting. My wife and I joined together and we couldn’t be happier with our results and the method of training . We get personal training and nutrition plan with a nutritionist.

Fantastic experience: I have only been there for 3 weeks and am absolutely hooked!!!! The gym offers challenging and FUN workouts in a friendly and welcoming environment. Everyday is a different experience and I am loving every minute of it!

Fantastic experience: The coaches are amazing - it doesn't matter if it's a full class or a class of only a few people - every single person gets one on one time with the coaches each and every class. They make sure that you have the tools to have a great work out. And more importantly, they are amazing people! Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: It's nice to be able to work out in a group even if it is socially distanced. We are broken down into stations and you need to stay within your allotted space. Once finished you are responsible to clean/ disinfection your station

Fantastic experience: Fortis is a very welcoming and friendly environment, and you get a great workout, no matter your fitness level. All workouts can be scaled down to your own level. I feel so strong doing CrossFit, and there's no better feeling.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly atmosphere and challenging workouts that will help you achieve your fitness goals (whatever they may be). The supportive environment created by the staff and fellow members at Fortis (along with a lot of hard work on my part) have allowed to get better shape than I was in twenty years ago if not the best shape of my life!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fortis about 6 weeks ago and I'm absolutely thrilled that I did. All the coaches are so helpful, encouraging and friendly. I was honestly so intimidated by the whole "CrossFit Box" culture, as many people are, but there was really nothing to be nervous about. Everyone is so welcoming! It totally feels like I've found my "people".

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Fortis is the best gym I have ever been to! The community is wonderful and they’re my weightlifting family! The coaching is excellent and I’m constantly challenged by the workouts. I always look forward to going in! I don’t live in Orleans anymore, but I still make the 25 min drive to train at Fortis because I love it and couldn’t see myself going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for just under a year. I’ve had experience at other CrossFit boxes and have enjoyed this facility. Huge space for large groups, lots of equipment so there’s no waiting or long down time. The staff is beyond helpful. Willing to take the time to explain the theory and assist in determining faults to make me better. Podcast has a local following and the box is involved deep within the community from helping local animal shelter to christmas hamper to motionball. I’m proud to be more than a member at this gym and look forward to the following year of getting pushed to be better and working hard. Highly reccomend. Fantastic experience: I'll preface this by saying I've only dropped into a few classes while visiting relatives in Orleans at both the former and current location. This gym/ box is very clean, programming is what you'd expect (warmup - lift - wod), and coaching is excellent. In addition to this, the owner and staff have been very accomodating to allow me to drop in, and highly responsive through email correspondence. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: This is an awsome place for an awsome workout. I was intimidated to try it out considering that what I knew about crossfit was seeing the crossfit games on tv/youtube and thinking, nope I don't look like them and I can't do this. However, once you get over your nerves and/or shyness and walk in, you will regret not having joined before. Crossfit Fortis has excellent coaches who will help you through the moves and keep motivating you to keep going. They are passionate and very knowleadgeable. They will help you scale down a difficult move to built up your strength and get the form right. The members are very welcoming and enthusiastic as well. The Wods are challenging but fun. It's a great place to train and you will see results. Not just physically but mentally as well. I can't say enough good things about crossfit and especially Crossfit Fortis; this place is what made me want to show up and continue. Crossfit Fortis is the best!

Fantastic experience: I went to Crossfit Fortis open gym on Sundays and it was a great experience. Great gym, great equipment and environment. Everyone was great and welcoming. The coach that was there, Matt, gave me some great tips to improve my lifts. Everyone was working hard and was focused which motivated me to work out hard. If you are in the Orleans area, or close by I would suggest stopping by and visiting. You wont be disappointed.
