Renfrew Muay Thai

Fantastic experience: These guys are beyond what I could imagine. My son is behind on his gross motor skills and all of them have supported him and let him be slower to catch on the moves and exercises! Their positivity with all the kids is wonderful to see. They incorporate so many lessons besides the sport they are training for. This old mom loves the respect they must show their teammates and the coach’s and shut down any kind of misbehaviour quickly. They show them how to focus their emotions into movement and positivity. There is not single time these guy show anything but total focus for these kids! No phones to be found, no chatting or being distracted, They show up for these kid's every single day. They truly invest themselves. I was very hesitant going in there the first couple times but these guys have proven themselves over and over again.

Fantastic experience: I had no idea what to expect the first time I walked through the doors, 6 months ago! I am now hooked! The coaches are top notch, and the atmosphere is awesome! I have made so many new friendships and I get to learn an amazing sport at the same time! If I could give 100 stars, I would! So happy to have this gym in our home town!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for an authentic Muay Thai experience going to this gym I was not disappointed the employees push you well also being considerate and they have loads of classes for people with different interest but keep in mind this is a combat sport so you have to take it seriously but I would recommend giving it a try.
