Movement Yoga and Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: Move·ment Yoga Studio has a warm, welcoming and cozy atmosphere with a wide variety of classes and workshops. All of the yoga instructors are fantastic and they each offer a different style of teaching which is nice! Move·ment is a place of practice, challenges, laughter, friendships and community and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The pound classes are awesome, I am rhythmically challenged and was still able to have a great time breaking a sweat. Workshops, partners yoga, hot yoga and fitness classes all keep me coming back for more.
