Fantastic experience: I consider this as my second home. The people here are awesome! I was a size 2XL before, and now I'ma size Large... couldn't have done it without the motivators (shoutout to Andre, y'all should take his class)

Positive experience: Regina spin studio in the vein of SoulCycle -- positive atmosphere, rhythmic exercise routines, and enthusiastic instructors. If this is what you're after, look no further. As a cyclist who enjoys spinning, these spin classes are a bit out there, it's basically bike dancing with some high rep, light dumbbell work thrown in because why not. I'd like to see more than two showers, and think that a 45-minute class is on the low-side for high-intensity cardio when you factor in warm-up and cool down. Maybe add some 60-70 minute classes?

Fantastic experience: I went for an hour class with my girls at the Martin Softball Academy, and I can safely say it was the most fun and sweaty workout I had ever done! From the music, to be lights, to the push, it was an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back!
