Fantastic experience: I was passing through Regina and decided to drop-in at CF Iron Society for an early morning workout. Coach Colleen and Darryn were friendly and welcoming. The workout was fun with multiple levels of the workout ready for any level of athlete. I would 100% recommend dropping in at this box!

Fantastic experience: As a guest in Regina, attending Iron Society was a genuine pleasure. The workouts are challenging core movements. The unique 'levels' approach felt more like selecting a tailored workout rather than a scaled one. The rig setup along the walls with an open center made moving through the WOD feel very organized.

Good, welcoming team atmosphere and I’m having fun even though I’m currently in some of the worst shape of my life. There is a coach that shows and tells us what to do which is great because I don’t have a good history of sticking to things like this purely on my own. Come on out!

Fantastic experience: Excellent coaching, cozy gym and great community! I visited CF Iron Society during my summer vacation to Regina. I was easily able to access the coaching staff and register for classes on line. The space is on the smaller side but has more equipment than most much larger gyms. The coaching and instruction is excellent and the regular members were very welcoming and accommodating to me. I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking to join a gym in Regina or if you are from out of town and want to get a few workouts in while you are here. Class stated promptly at the top of the hour and ended on time as well. The programming was fantastic and 4 levels of scale were listed for athletes of every type. They also offered ROM WOD after class as part of the cool down portion of class. I was really impressed with the facility and the available equipment. My email questions about the gym and classes were answered promptly and I was able to register for class on line very easily. I have really enjoyed my time at CrossFit Iron Society and will definitely be back next time I am in town. Thanks for letting me be part of your group! It's been fun!
