Negative experience: This place has taken a massive nosedive in the past year since I've joined. As a regular gym goer I've seen it happening steadily. The shoe racks are constantly packed, which is fine if it's busy. But some of these shoes are collecting dust because they've been there for weeks. The equipment is in a constant state of disrepair, not surprising due to the amount of new members and teens slamming weight stacks because they're trying to be the next YouTube sensation. I remember when I first started working out 15 years ago, staff would go around enforcing rules. Not here though. People walking around with no shoes on, using the free wifi to FaceTime people (even in changerooms), leaving weights everywhere, not wearing deodorant, the list goes on. Speaking of front desk staff, I'm not sure if they're completely inept or indifferent but the 2 times I've asked about a corporate membership they've told me to "go to the website and email them". He repeated that statement even after me telling him the first time that it didn't work for me. He said, "I don't know", then walked away trying to dismiss me so they could go back to talking to their friends. For the record, "emailing them" doesn't work either. If you live in regina and are looking for a long term membership, go to evolution.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money, they’re pure scammers nothing else I can say. I have told them more than a month ago that I’m shifting to my new gym which is Evolution Fitness and I think they’re 1000% better than goodlife fitness. Numerous charges on my account after leaving the gym, i don’t know what kind of unusual scam it is! They girl work at front desk worst I have ever met, doesn’t even know basic adequate of customer service. Total rip off, please go somewhere else they will ended up scamming you even if you’re not going to the gym. Stay Away from GOODLIFE FITNESS.

Hi there! The membership Subscription is billed on a monthly or biweekly basis. Access is available at all times. We also offer cancellation with 30 days notice at any time. We are sorry to hear that you did not utilize the membership frequently.
Negative experience: I have an ultimate membership and i have been waiting for more than 30 mins for this guy and he is inside a room not answering any knocks. Another guy was waiting for him and eventually left the gym because he was no where to find. I guess they need some new staff who is more responsible.

Negative experience: Not the same gym it was when I signed up some 6 years ago. It is so disgustingly busy now. Spend half your workout aimlessly circling around the gym. Need some building capacity reduced or a limit on memberships. So ridiculous now. Put one of these in the North end, god only knows why they haven't. This place is so over capacity it's not even funny. It has genuinely killed my love for working out and exercising

Negative experience: I did not expect that my experience would be this bad and that I would be treated so poorly. I told them that I would subscribe for a month because I would not be in Canada, so I agreed with the employee for a month-long plan and she convinced me to choose the more expensive subscription because I would be comfortable with my choice. After a month, I did not go, but I was surprised that they had withdrawn money from my card without my knowledge, so I spoke to them and they said that you subscribed monthly, and I told them no, and we talked for half an hour, and they said that they would consult the manager and call me at a certain hour, but they did not call. When I checked my bank, I found that they had returned the money, and I thought that they understood the matter. After a week, they withdrew money with an additional $25, so I went to them because the call did not solve the problem. I was talking to two employees, and one of them was disrespectful and racist because of the hijab I wear on my head and the color of my skin. He spoke to me mockingly and made me cry in front of people, and he mocked my tears. I really need to communicate with the manager because I went to improve my psychological state, not to be exposed to racism. They withdraw money from my account and do not tell me why or tell me about the club's policy

Negative experience: One of the worst fitness centers I have ever visited. From the entry point itself you will notice the massage chair under maintenance. And Inside you can see a couple of machines having the under maintenance tag, moreover the Steam Room has been under maintenance for more than a month and they still charge a lot from you. Guys, don't waste your money here, there are a lot of other good gyms nearby.

Fantastic experience: This GoodLife was the best one I’ve been to yet. Floor layout was nice ! Dry sauna and steam room. No lack of Equipment. Staff were pleasant. If you’re looking for a gym in the area this would be the one !! End the workout with a massage chair or bed

Negative experience: Disgustingly busy. Be prepared to spend 15+ minutes circling the lot looking for a spot with ten other cars like vultures and goodluck getting a squat rack or deadlift platform. Seriously don’t you think it’s time to expand the lot, move to a bigger facility or open a new location?? Every workout gets messed up because cables machines racks every is full and I barely ever get full workout in now if I even get a parking spot

Negative experience: I don’t like being lied too! I joined this dump because they said it wasn’t too busy ! If the Equipment isn’t broken you’re cage fighting to use the equipment if your lucky to use it at all! If you’re from Alberta, BC, Toronto, PEI etc… their worst gyms are better than these Goodlifefitness in Regina! GoodLife in Alberta or Golds etc… are way better than these so called gyms! $100 per month for what? I never thought I’d say this but Planetfitness is % better and 1/4 the price! Don’t waste your time here. You’re nothing but a cheque to these franchise owners, you’re welcome

Negative experience: OK gym. Equipment is rarely checked, poorly maintened. Something is always broken, probably wouldn't be if they performed and kept up with general maintenance. Staff is always jerking each other off at the front counter. Mats are always full of water, salt and dirt. They expect you to walk through it to put your boots away. Locker rooms are always gross, and the soap dispensers always seem to be empty.

Fantastic experience: They have all the necessary machines you need to build a zues physique. It doesn't matter how old you are, they have everything you will need. The key is just to just ask questions because a lot of people forget that their membership has a lot of perks. This gym is 24/7 that means you can set a time for yourself when you feel comfortable going. Even if it's super busy there are sections that are always available.

Positive experience: Staff was super friendly even early in the morning! Gym was kept really clean, and most equipment was working at all times. The odd piece would break, but it would be fixed in a reasonable amount of time! The steam room was unfortunately broken the entire time of my 7 week stay while in town for work, which is pretty unfortunate! But I understand that's out of the employees hands! Overall a great Goodlife location, lots of space, a good variety of equipment, and plenty of weights to go around!

Negative experience: Went for a workout here to see if I wanted to join the gym. They charged $26 for a walk in! All the equipment is in a weird messy and tight maze, the TV’s are junk and the bathrooms were dirty. I wouldn’t sign up to this gym if it were the last place in the city.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite Goodlife in Canada for a number of reasons. Friendly, accomodating, staff. Great high ceilings with a big spacious gym. Plenty of new, working equipment. 6 squat racks that are not always occupied by tiny legged boys doing ridiculous sets of arm or leg exercises. Nice stretch room. Clean, modern change rooms. New massage chairs, and best of all 2 free hydro massage beds if you go at night. Like I said the staff is chill and will let you use the hydro bed regardless of what membership you pay. No silly frills, no egoic attitudes, just a huge spacious gym where everyone can work out in peace.

Positive experience: This is my go-to GoodLife Fitness when I'm in Regina. The girls at the front counter are always friendly which is a welcome change from Ontario. I will definitely keep going to this location when I'm in town
Positive experience: Bought a one month pass for this location while spending some time in Regina in Dec 2019/Jan 2020. Overall good, well maintained facility with lots of equipment, and getting a no cancellation required one month pass was simple although a bit steep (roughly $80). A few things they could work on though... 1) the women's sauna was out of order for the entire month I was there, hopefully it's fixed by now 2) not enough spray bottles and sadly some of their clientele don't wipe their machines down after each use 3) I went two nights in a row and found someone's pre-workout shake bottle in the same spot in the weight area... staff could pay a bit more attention when tidying up areas... Hopefully things have improved. Will be back again this Winter on my next trip to Regina.

All the credit goes to : 1) The staff : Always smiling Always welcoming which makes you feel to go back to the gym again and again. Ray is one of the biggest reason I paid for whole one year , the way he treats everyone is just commendable . He goes above and beyond each and every time when you enter or exit the gym which makes you feel special.Dylan , Dakota and always genuinely smiling girls who work at the front are a great asset to this location. Keep up the good work guys !! 2) Equipments : Brand new , clean and above industry standards. Big credit goes to the cleaning staff who plays an important role in maintaining hygiene. You will always observe them that they are not just working to show that they are working but it seems like it’s their passion to make the area spotless. There are a lot other factors like people , hours of operation etc etc which makes it number one. Kudos to the management who has successfully built a nice culture in the gym which attracts a lot of clients like me.

Negative experience: Great gym if you never plan on canceling membership. Nice and clean with plenty of power racks, it gets a little busy in the afternoons but overall a nice gym. They offer you one free personal training session but that is a scam where they use tricks to show how much you need it(not the actually employees fault, this is more a corporate thing) then they are not really flexible to what you want and even went as far to almost arguing about what my fitness goals where until l just agreed. The price for personal training was also insain. It is a hard place to cancel your membership as well, they will conveniently "forget" then make you prove you went in to cancel it all while still trying to charging you. Update. While I did finally have my memebership canceled it should not have required the amount of effort it did on my part. Even if this was just a few honest mistakes, the use of scare tactics to try and have me pay a large $380 "settlement fee" was just unethical. If you do chose to sign up to this gym take your time and read the contract.

Positive experience: There are 2 Goodlife fitnesses in Regina, this one is the worst of the 2. This store definitely needs to be either cleaned or renovated a little. The change room is tight and not layed out very well. Your cramed in there pretty tight when your changing to workout. They do have a little more equipment then the other Goodlife I'm Regina though that's a plus.

Negative experience: Goodlife fitness membership and customer service both sucks .. my 2 year membership was done in September, then they start taking monthly payments out my account without my knowledge oct 18 when they took fast monthly payment out i called da regina victoria ave location to resolve da issue they told me they will take care of it .. it will get my money back As per it stands today they are still taking payments out of account even though my membership was canceled in October.. when i called the location to get da answer for robbing me .. lady over da phone told me they have 600 or 6000 member so things slip back .. their is nothing they can do i just stay clam let them robb me .. thats what da members suppose to do pay for your cancelled membership over and over every month .

Negative experience: I honestly wish you could give zero stars! I was lied to by this location forcing me to cancel my membership when I moved to a different city. The “member experience center” is a joke. Not helpful at all. I’ve never had a company be so disrespectful before. Will never use this gym again.

Negative experience: I have gone to this place since day 1 and it is appalling how poorly kept the equipment is. The place is never clean. Black mold in most of the showers. The only thing it has going for it is the space as it is very large so there is a good selection of equipment
