Fantastic experience: I'm a 58 year old Male kept active but had to give up soccer, tennis, squash because the motion aggravated my groin muscles and I couldn't walk for days after After 4 weeks (twice a week) at move garuda I am playing soccer again, freely, without worrying constantly about aggravating those muscles during sessions i can feel those muscles being worked I could never get to on my own Move garuda staffs expertise, the equipment they have, and the movements they use are awesome; like nothing I have seen before Is there a negative? Yes it's expensive less than a massage therapy session but much more than one would expect to pay for a gym or yoga session Is it worth it? What's a pain free, active lifestyle worth to you?

Fantastic experience: I took my first ever class Pilates class here today and I was so impressed with the studio, the level and quality of instruction and how positive the experience was! Thank you Amanda; for helping me feel comfortable with trying new things and extending myself.... I would certainly recommend this studio and will be back myself!

Fantastic experience: I have attended classes at MoveGaruda since may/2017. Prior to that I was having difficulty standing for any lengths of time and was going to Physiotherapy for knee problems. The exercises have helped my strength improve. I have better balance and my knees feel much more stable. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They encourage me to challenge what I thought I could manage exercise-wise. The health benefits I have attained are well worth the cost & time spent.

Top notch trained instructors, knowledgeable for each body type and age.
