Positive experience: I participated in a couple spin classes in different Alberta cities over the last several weeks, and I’ve got to say that compared to the classes at Ryde, they were seriously lacking. The classes at Ryde are intense, challenging and just really good. I love the high octane workouts and I always come away knowing I’ve ridden hard. Highly recommend Ryde classes. My only complaint is how loud the music is. I like loud but they’re almost too loud hence the 4 star. The courtesy earplugs are much appreciated

Fantastic experience: I started with their $40 unlimited x2 weeks deal and loved it. Really great instructors with great playlists and workouts! The energy in the class is always pumping. I now go for monthly unlimited classes.

Fantastic experience: Warning!!! Ryde is highly addicting So if you’re ready to burn all those calories while having fun you need to check them out. I was a runner for years but my knees/joints sadly took a turn for the worst and had to stop. Spinning doesn’t hurt my joints, I burn more calories in a shorter amount of time, and the instructors gets the whole class pumping!?!? It’s awesome Thanks Everyone at RYDE ✌️
