I'm pleased to offer this letter of recommendation for Fitness Mechanics. Undergoing a substantial amount of renovations both at Barge Landing Lodge & Creeburn Lake Lodge. Fitness Mechanics provided excellent service throughout the entire process. Being their client for almost 10 years, I’ve received nothing but outstanding service. Year after year, our team has learned to depend on Fitness Mechanics. We at Barge Landing Lodge & Creeburn Lake Lodge, are very satisfied & content with Fitness Mechanics services and are looking forward to a long-lasting relationship.

We particularly appreciate the annual preventive Maintenance Program whereby Fitness Mechanics schedules periodic inspection and maintenance visits. This program has allowed us to maintain a high level of serviceability on our limited and aging equipment. We also value Fitness Mechanics' prompt and efficient repair service: when we schedule an appointment, they show up; when repairs are needed, they provide a estimate, then, if authorized repair it quickly.

About 5 years ago I started getting smarter and hired Andrew Cooper and the gang at Fitness Mechanics and I could not be happier! The staff are fast, professional and when something breaks, it gets fixes FAST! Our equipment is rarely ever down more than a day or even an afternoon, unless parts are somehow hard to get. They keep our equipment safe, looking good and running perfectly. Their preventative maintenance has prevented and caught more problems than I can count, before they became a problem. We squeezed 12 years of heavy use out of our ellipticals, and 8 years out of our treadmills. We still have our original steppers 13 years later - amazing! Beyond even that, Fitness Mechanics has been our 'go to' for creating new spaces like our amazing boot camp room, personal training room and more. When we want to plan a new area, from baseboards and flooring to equipment, Fitness Mechanics is who we call. They bend over backwards to help with the complete picture. Finally, I wanted to acknowledge that when our massive fitness post and rack system arrived from the manufacturer and it arrived manufactured incorrectly (manufacturers error), Fitness Mechanics installed the incorrect version so we could use it for 4 months until the proper version arrived. Then they removed the old parts, installed the new parts and did not bill us until it was RIGHT. I cannot stress that enough, they make it right!

The Augustana Fitness Centre has had the pleasure of receiving the reliable and quality service from Fitness Mechanics for the past two years. The professionals at Fitness Mechanics are friendly and courteous to work with and are attentive and timely in response to any service needs that exist. The Technicians at Fitness Mechanics are very skilled and knowledgeable with a wide variety of equipment and the preventative maintenance and repair required to keep equipment up and running at all times. We have also highly valued their expertise in aiding us with purchasing decisions for new equipment, as well as their efficient service with delivery and installation of new equipment. We have been very happy with all of the service we have received from Fitness Mechanics and would recommend their services to all other Fitness Facilities.

Fitness Mechanics procured, commissioned and maintains our gym equipment at our office in Red Deer. Through the consulting we were able to maximize our space, provide posters and support that focus on both genders and ensure the safety of our equipment and people. Our gym is very well utilized thanks to the input provided to us from Fitness Mechanics and their team of professionals. Fitness Mechanics has built a COVID 19 - Basic Knowledge Certificate program to aid businesses; permitted to operate in how to train and educate their staff on the required protocols at this time. We aim to promote safety during the Coronavirus Pandemic for staff, customers and visitors to our sites; and those of our customers. This program will help your facility demonstrate to the public that you are compliant with the required business legislation; and that your staff members have been trained in operational changes as well. Upon Completion you will be issued a certificate that you can hang in your public entrances, at the front desk or wherever you deem necessary.
