Fantastic experience: I remember walking into this gym a few years ago to see what all the hype was about. Tim is an amazing person and an amazing coach. You can see that everyone in the gym respects him and that's the sign of a well run gym.

Fantastic experience: KV Golden Gloves morning fight camps have become in many cases the best part of my day! Jessica is a remarkable trainer, who is exceedingly knowledgeable about form and fitness. I walked into KV Golden gloves at 5:30AM one morning wildly overweight with no idea what I was really doing. Jessica welcomed and encouraged me from the very moment I arrived and it made all the difference between starting something and sticking with it. Jessica will push you but even more importantly she will support you. Jessica has so many different creative ways to show you how to support your form, and with extremely fun circuits that will make you leave there dripping with sweat. Not only is she a wonderful trainer, but she's just an all around bad-a** and amazing human being. Jessica as a coach will show you things you didn't realize were inside yourself, and as a person she will call you in the morning if you need a wake-up call, she'll make sure you're laughing at least once in the morning session and she's genuinely cares about you as a person. Whether you're looking to try something new, get stronger, be a better boxer, or just a mental health reprieve, Jessica and her morning fight camp are a life changer. I am so grateful I decided to give it a try and I encourage anyone to come and try it! First class is always free, so come and see for yourself!

I can honestly say that getting to class at 5:30am has boosted my mood like no other.
