Fantastic experience: Great gym and great people!!!

Fantastic experience: My son and daughter were invited here for a birthday party and it was THE BEST birthday party ever - I stayed to watch and help out. Everything was spotless, the kids got to do a number of obstacle courses and fun exercises and they cut the cake with a samurai sword. The Sensei was incredible with the kids and they really respected and listened to him.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place! The classes are great. I've only been going for a couple weeks now but I truly enjoy kickboxing and zumba. Highly recommended! Great workouts. Can't wait to start seeing more results. Great instructors too!
