Fantastic experience: Such a great drop-in experience while I was visiting the area on vacation. I was able to stop in for a Saturday partner wod, the owner (and coach for the morning) Heather was awesome as were all of the people in class, especially my partner Colleen! Despite being a large class the space was well utilized and people were very aware of each other so it never felt overcrowded. This is by far my favorite CrossFit I've gone to in the St. John area and I'll most certainly be back when I am back in the area.

Fantastic experience: This box is next level, we had a great drop in class with Sally at the helm coaching and a solid welcoming crew. Top notch facilities and equipment and solid programming, would definitely recommend any cross fitters, new or seasoned to get down and check out Crossfit Quispamsis, we'll definitely be back if we're in the area. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Crossfit Quispamsis for close to a year now and it has been a fantastic experience. The facility, coaches and owner are incredible and make every day so much fun. If you are looking for a place to workout hard and get a new challenge thrown at you every day, this is the place for you. It's the great community/team environment that keeps me going day after day.
