Fantastic experience: An amazing locally ran gym. Incredible customer service that respects and cares about its clients and really feels like a community. Incredibly well kept, tidy, and very professional with awesome equipment that is maintained. Always recommended to anyone looking to take care of their fitness along with feeling welcomed and respected. The owner runs the business exceptionally well, accommodating their members so well too! Nothing but great things to say about this gym!!

Fantastic experience: Very professional owner is very passionate about health and wellness. Can ask questions for your fitness level. Gym is clean and the equipment is amazing for all fitness levels. My favorite part is hearing elders get in for free. Yvonne is so knowledgeable and has helped me get in shape after previous vehicle hitting while in a cross walk. Thank you Yvonne 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Great gym at the center of Prince Rupert. Really enjoyed using the Strongarm combo rack they have as well as their power bar, but saw a lot of quality in equipment including a Rogue 1.0 barbell + a few Yorks and a ton of bumper plates for the heavy area in the basement. Upstairs has some quality pieces as well. Good atmosphere and friendly people. Chatted with a Steven (?) and I wish I remembered your name more confidently, but just know that if you're a longshoreman who loves Genetics Fitness, lives in Prince Rupert, and has family in Port Alberni then you're a gem of a human. The owner's daughter was also very friendly and quite helpful with the gym and additional local information.

Fantastic experience: Incredible fitness facility. Excellent array of equipment and apparatus, spacious, clean and orderly. It’s obvious that management cares about their clients and their experience and clients in turn are serious and dutiful in their interactions and use of the space. Top notch. Very reasonable drop in rate.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility. Has all the equipment you could possibly need, from general fitness to powerlifting and functional fitness (CrossFit). Yvonne was excellent to deal with when getting set up, and every member that I've seen thus far, are extremely respectful to the facility and eachother. Cost is extremely affordable too. I must note that it is also nice to see that the youth lifting at this gym have had proper coaching. Some impeccable form happening here

Fantastic experience: Exceptional experience. Friendly environment and owner, and the cleanliness and business is done in an extremely professional manner. This is the best gym in Prince Rupert and even surpasses the gyms in terrace by a looooong shot.

Fantastic experience: It is called cornerstones of physio place! Couldn't say enough, the very professional.

Positive experience: First time visiting. Not a bad facility, most of my time was spent doing cardio on the main floor... Until I started to explore, downstairs is a large room with free weights, punching bag, stretching area and some more cardio machines. Pretty much everything one would need to get their sweat on.
