Fantastic experience: I came to visit today for their bring a friend day and it was phenomenal! The trainers are fantastic! I'm a trainer myself and I know a good one when I see one, and they have several! Great instruction, great encouragement! If crossfit, or workouts in general is something you ever wanted to try I would, 10 out of 10, recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the city. Truely inclusive, with people of all ages, abilities, shapes, and sizes. Staff and other members are super welcoming. Felt like family after just a few classes! The owners care a lot and it's clear that they put a ton of effort into making sure that the workouts are safe and accessible, and that everyone is challenged to the right level.

Fantastic experience: What a great place to get motivated and to get in shape with coaches that care. If you are willing to put in the effort they will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: I tried out CrossFit last year with my boyfriend. I wasn’t sure if I would like it but decided to give it a try. After my first class I fell in love with it. Not only is it great for fitness, but the community is so incredibly uplifting. It’s basically my second home currently.
