Fantastic experience: Excellent workshop ; always! It certainly is a challenge most times for me. Thank u both Amy & Bart for your patience; 3 months down 20 pounds and getting stronger than ever; one day I will actually do a correct Pushup...... Highly recommend this workout studio.....its the real deal!!!
