Fantastic experience: I Go here for chiropractor and physio treatment and they are efficient and great to deal with

Fantastic experience: One thing I worry about as someone who is obsessed with the gym is finding a proper gym while away on vacation that I can get a nice workout in at. This gym completely went above and beyond my expectations. The staff are more than friendly, the equipment is diverse and professional, and the feeling you get while working out here is more than worth it alone. Definitely going to be my new staple gym whenever I’m in the area!

Positive experience: Great clean gym, good people

Positive experience: For a small town gym, this gym is pretty nice. Like other reviews have mentioned, the facilities and clean and well maintained - albeit a little dated. There are also classes available if you’re into that. I have two main concerns / suggestions that could push the gym to a 5/5 if addressed: 1. Hours (-1 star) - As somebody working a full time job, going to the gym between 8AM-6PM is not possible. With the current hours the gym operates, this leaves 2 hourse/day Monday to Thursday, zero hours on Fridays, 6 hours Saturday morning and zero hours Sunday. Only being able to attend the gym 5/7 days per week and in a specific time slot is a little restrictive. 2. Water Fountain (-0.5 star) - This one is self explanatory… there isn’t a water fountain for guests to use. 3. Internet (-0.5 star) - Also self explanatory… there is no internet available for guests to use.

Fantastic experience: Excellent all round fitness facility that is very clean! Great rooms for weight training, machine training, stretching, and cardio. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner too. Definitely recommend!
