Fantastic experience: Great gym! Has what you need to get a workout done employes are really nice and always willing to help you on form etc. Use of free weights for those who wanna work on there stablizer muscles clean gym! 87$ for a membership and great staff! Lots of machines to choose from and it's open 24 hours i'll be back!

Fantastic experience: I work all over the province and have had gym memberships at a lot of places. There is something special about this gym. It's not overcrowded with useless machines and has an inviting space and even a more inviting community. We miss this place.

Positive experience: Great little gym. Has everything you would need from a beginner to an expert. They even run a few little classes. It also helps that it's 24 hour for us oil field guys

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym, up to 150 lb dumbells.Nice staff will definitely be returning when I roll through ponoka again.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible hours for a drop in. Anyone working normal hours would have trouble trying to make this gym work without a membership. Staffed until 7pm Monday and Thursday with you required to leave by then. The rest of the week and weekends I was unable to meet the terrible time window.

Positive experience: Great workout and not very busy. The staff are very accommodating and polite. I love the 24 hr access.

Positive experience: I don't know, every time I call no one answers and they're closed when I get off work despite it saying 24 hours

Negative experience: I live out of town but tried to stop in as a drop in. I was very disappointed to find out that even though the hours stated online and on the door say 4:30pm close, after 1pm not a single staff member was in the building. So without being a member and without having a fob I wasnt able to enter.

Negative experience: This place is a joke harrased me through text at home sayin I tracked dirt through the gym then I went in they asked to see my shoes I had my buddy there with me the bottoms of my shoes were black from walk-in on there black Matt’s and sayin that’s causing marks on there floors and then tell me my membership is suspended until I get new shoes in 20 years of goin to the gym I’ve never been harrased when I’m not even there and at home unprofessional in my eyes then I asked for refund and they won’t give it I would understand if they actually found mud on my shoes but still to text someone and accuse them of stuff just doesn’t sit well with me

Fantastic experience: Great 24 hour fab activated gym great variety of dumbell and kettlebell weights cardio machines great atmosphere to train in. Glad to have a gym like this in a small town.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym about a month ago. I was scared and wasn't really sure what to expect. After I made it through the front door, bought a membership, had a session with Craig, I realized that there was nothing to be afraid of. The staff and members are awesome. I have had and asked a lot of questions to both staff an members and they are always willing to help me and answer my questions. I always feel welcome. Ponoka is very fortunate to have this amazing gym in town. I want to encourage anyone that has thought about joining the gym to join, it is a great place to work out, and you will also feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: We have been going here for years, it's always clean with equipment working perfectly. Love having the option of two studios and great equipment selection.

Positive experience: I gave it a 3 out of 5 because, the place is clean and tidy. The prices are a little much though for what you're getting. I was shocked when i saw what the rates were. I will stick to my regular gym, it offers more equipment and I pay 50% less for a month membership

Fantastic experience: Always tidy and well equipped. There's not a lot of options around, so they could probably slack on their operation - but I'm glad to see the attention they put into their business. It's always tidy and having fob access 24 hours is the best!
