Positive experience: A unique space and well equipped with a variety of machines and free weights. The space is clean, lots of open windows and a garage door to let fresh air in. Staff are only on site at 10am. It’s a good vibe!

Fantastic experience: This is an old school gym with cross fit and heavy weight lifting equipment. Definitely an awesome place for true fitness athletes! I was able to drop in during their staffed hours. It wasn't busy at all and was very clean and tidy. The only thing was that I only saw one weight lifting platform and I didn't see a trap bar for dead lifts. I would have liked to use the platform, but someone else was on there the whole time.

Fantastic experience: This is bar none the best gym I have ever been to. They have all the equipment you need to either lose weight, tone up, bulk up or start competitively body building. This place is a vibe! The way i describe it to my friends is "its like a badass gym from the movies except without all the mean angry juice junkie muscle heads around" I would put this gym up against any other gym any day of the week. They have GREAT prices as well. If you sign up for a contract, the prices fall a little more too. Check it out before you go anywhere else! YOU WON'T REGRET IT.

Fantastic experience: My daughters dance in a studio on the second floor and they thoroughly enjoy it. The building has plenty of parking, easy to negotiate and contains lots of interesting community programming. Well worth the stop to check out.

Fantastic experience: I'm a big fan of this gym. Plenty of equipment and cleaner than alot of gyms in the GTA. Good pricing options and no contracts. It can get hot in the peak summer season but if you're looking to burn a few extra calories like me that's a bonus!

Fantastic experience: I have never in 20 years of working out seen a gym like this. Any professional athlete could get a killer workout in this place. Every piece of equipment is top notch professional powerlifting grade. Perth is kind of out of the way, but if you are looking for a elite facility to train at - this is it.

Fantastic experience: The PAC gym is a perfect blend of grunge gym and CrossFit box. Anyone from a first timer in the gym to a serious lifter can find a home here. Jamie and the staff are amazing as well and super accommodating. My wife and I love it here.
