Fantastic experience: Dustin and his team of coaches are highly knowledgeable and friendly. This gym is very spacious with lots of room to share during classes. People are friendly and inviting. Best Crossfit gym I have been to!

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy I joined 5 years ago at age 66 because I am now stronger in my entire body than I have ever been in my life. Great atmosphere outstanding instructors and well organized program led by Dustin. Highly recommend this box. Can now lift 300 lbs off the floor and 100lbs over my head Raymond aged 71.
