Needs Gym

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place. Met with a personal trainer at 1215 who really knows her stuff. I'm a shy person, and feel it would be better for me to come when it's not so busy, but the staff, the equipment and the cleanliness is all top notch. Looking forward to becoming a regular.

Fantastic experience: NEEDS gym is the first gym that actually made me want to go to the gym. I’m not traditionally a gym person but I just feel good going here. The people are very friendly, the equipment is clean & spotless and the vibes are on point. Plus I LOVE that there’s a smoothie bar in house, it’s perfect for your post workout. Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym! The owner is very friendly, provides exceptional customer service and is a tremendous community supporter. With his support, he helped our boys' basketball team go to Provincials. Would highly recommended this gym, excellent equipment and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: I have been vacationing in osoyoos for years and just discovered this hidden gem of a gym. The other reviews are completely accurate, this gym is extremely well equipped and very clean. The staff were friendly and clearly the other gym patrons are committed to keeping the space clean. The drop in fee seems completely reasonable given the space. I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: Needs Gym is my favourite gym I have ever worked out in. I love that it is all on one level, all of the machines and equipment are laid out perfectly. Whether you have experience in the gym or a newbie you can navigate your way to understand which body part you are meant to be working. Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. The gym is also always clean and you can tell the members take pride in the gym. I look forward to my workout everyday at NEEDS.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym for such a small town. They have everything you could possibly need and it’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. They also have tanning and a smoothie bar which is convenient for a post workout snack . Definitely check them out if you’re in town

Fantastic experience: Great little gym in the interior we visit osoyoos a couple times a year weeks at a time and this is our go to gym. We are avid gym enthusiasts and workout everyday. Our last visit we forgot our punch card at home. No problem Olivia looked it up and found us in the system. And we where on our way with our morning routine. Great gym thanks "Needs Gym"! :)

Fantastic experience: Olivia was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever spoken to regarding supplements, proteins and pre-workout products. She was so helpful and friendly. Olivia listened to my concerns and what I wanted out of the products I was interested in. She even gave me a free sample of product. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Needs gym is amazing! Nice and clean, new equipment and tons of barbells, kettlebells, and dumbbells. It’s open at a great time and has anything and everything you could need! There is also a smith machine and 2 cages! Everyone is respectful and friendly. I have been coming for the past 2 years when we stay at our family condos and they keep improving their facility set up. It feels like you have way more space than ever before! For a smaller gym they have chosen great equipment and a great set up! Olivia is sooo sweet and Marcus is super responsive to any emails you send! I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve found in Osoyoos , and I come from Goodlife / Fitness world memberships. Owner is awesome too. Small town hospitality and great quality new equipment. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Been attending for about a month now and I love it here. The gym is clean and the staff are kind and attentive, especially Janna and Olivia! I’ve really enjoyed it, and i can’t attest to how it used to be but i feel like the new owner is doing great! It’s going to be such a shame when it closes down for remodelling, I hope it’s a brief absence.

Fantastic experience: I've spent a lot of time in a variety of gyms and without a doubt this is my favorite. Always perfectly clean (especially the washrooms), well maintained with all the machines I could want. While not a massive gym they've made good choices with the equipment. BEST GYM IN OSOYOOS

Positive experience: Good gym two racks and lots of barbells it's just a shame theirs no dedicated bench press, the machine they have stops way to soon and gives you no range of motion. Other than that a pretty good gym. Leg extensions machine was a bit awkward, didn't adjust well to my measurements. Had really good foam rollers though. Solid 4/5

Fantastic experience: I have worked out at a lot of gyms in many cities all over North America and this is by far one of the most well equipped and frankly the cleanest gym I've ever been in. Staff are friendly and the dumbbells stack goes high should you need. Was also cool they have punching and speed bags. Well done!

Fantastic experience: Very clean and every brand new piece of weight equipment, free weights, cardio machines and classes. Tried the Saturday cross fit and early morning boot camp, both a workout with great instructors. Nice that both classes use outdoor space This will keep you going..... July 16/19 update, after 2 years still enjoying the drop in boot camps at 6am. Stef, and kevin will have you sweating. Club is super clean and adding more equipment.......

Fantastic experience: I have never been to such a clean gym in my life. Everything you need is here along with two squat racks. I've been coming here for a week and a bit and every staff member is super friendly. Fantastic cardio equipment as well. I'll always without a doubt be coming here when I'm in town to workout. Great place.

Positive experience: Great little gym in a small town. Was surprised my first time when I walked in, and am continually surprised by the equipment and cleanliness everytime I visit Osoyoos. A tad bit pricy in my opinion for a single drop in. Keeps your fitness on track when on vacation though!

Fantastic experience: Nice facility! Two squat racks available and dumbbells to 100. Lots of new cardio and hammer strength equip as well. Highly trained and professional fitness staff like Raymond are a huge bonus for members and newcomers.
