Fantastic experience: I’ve had an excellent experience at TrainerGames Fitness. It’s always impeccably clean, thanks to the dedicated cleaning staff and the owners who ensure everything is spotless. The equipment is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The positive atmosphere here is truly motivating, and the gym offers a wide variety of classes and amenities that cater to all fitness levels. Overall, joining TrainerGames Fitness Centre has been a great decision. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Best fitness place in Dufferin County. This gym is all about our community and not only making adults healthier and in better shape they work with the youth athletes on specific training and work with local sport clubs on off-season fitness. Love this place as an individual, father, coach, and president. Thank you for everything you guys do for the Shelburne soccer club.

Fantastic experience: I attend the gym on a regular basis and I am always greeted by acknowledgment from staff. Facilities are sufficient for my needs and the overall culture and community in the gym is superior to numerous facilities I’ve attended in the past. I rent office space for business purposes as well, organization always appears to be on point. Gym equipment is good and the abundance of space allows for a variety of cardio based options that differ from traditional stationary bikes, elliptical and treadmill. Certainly a quality facility and worth consideration.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and a kickass lineup of Personal Trainers and group exercise instructors to guide you along on your physical journey! Fantastic experience: The thought of joining a gym was extremely intimidating and stressful (hence I put it off for most of my life). I was originally very hesitant to even walk in the door. From the moment my husband and I walked in to TGFC our anxiety was put to ease immediately by the friendly staff and gym members alike. We instantly signed up for couples training with Angela M, who is extremely patient, supportive and knowledgeable. Additionally I participate in Kangoo Classes twice a week with Tracey and the team. Kangoo has quickly become a highlight of my week, not only is it a fantastic workout Tracey has created a positive, non-judgmental and fun community! I highly recommend TGFC.

Fantastic experience: It’s def a family atmosphere and everyone there are so amazing and so helpful in every single aspect - including the members. If you ever need a hand or a spot or help on a machine, there’s always someone to lend a helping hand. The girls that work there are incredible, the trainers are amazing (if you’re going, def ask for Sophie!!) and the owners are so great, so personable and lovely! Highly recommend!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: The gym is always clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Since signing up for personal training, my partner and I have lost 15 lbs each and gained a few inches of muscle. Shoutout to Angela and Tracy for the support.

I originally started just going at night to do some cardio but then after covid I started joining all the classes Yoga with Louise, nights with Tracey and day time workouts with Katherine. There is so much to do it's amazing.

I am so happy I signed up, originally I thought I could go to 2 or 3 classes a week because I didn't think I would enjoy it but I really wanted to be more healthy and drop some pounds. Turns out this place is amazing and I go every week day. The 10 AM classes work perfectly with my schedule and the trainer is amazing. Kat is so friendly and very professional. She is so good at helping you correct things but at the same time not giving you the feeling that you keep doing things wrong. She is very supportive and really knows what she is doing. I don't think I could keep up without her. Mel at the front desk is amazing as well and it's always nice to see her. She keeps that place running amazing, always taking care of the customers, cleaning and fixing things and holding everything together. The gym is always so clean and they have so many options so there is something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been a TGFC member for over 2.5 years and it feels like home to me. I love the small-town atmosphere and how everyone cheers each other on. Anthony and Terra are personable, professional, and make us feel so welcome. The trainers are awesome but sometimes I do hate them ;) I personally enjoy the Fit in 60 boot camp, HIIT, and Burn. I love it that for the past 2 years, I've never had the same workout twice!

Fantastic experience: It's amazing to workout at a place that's judgment free with owners you can actually meet and talk to. Not a "faceless" organization. Great selection of classes. Terrific personnel. Very clean. If you're new to fitness, this is the place to get started.

Fantastic experience: Where to begin! I was nervous to join and nervous to even go but everyone was so welcoming and Tracey has been a great instructor and motivator for boot camp. Now I’m willing to get up for the morning (6:15am) boot camps 4 days a week and get a bounce class in wherever I can! Tracey and Kat always make bounce a fun and entertaining time! Made new friends, reconnected with some old. Best decision I ever made! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: The people inspire each other. I have never been so grateful as to walk into Trainer Games almost a year ago. The atmosphere is incredible, it is the kind of gym I imagined myself working out in. In the summer when the doors open up and you can take your workout outside was a game changer! There are so many incredible and inspiring members there who are willing to lead a helping hand, share some ideas, techniques and workout. I'm happy to call Trainer Games my second home
