Fantastic experience: Best kids birthday party ever. The Nerf War was better than anything the kids or I imagined. I was praised by all the kids and parents for throwing the best ever birthday party and I barely did anything! (Except sniper my kid with nerf darts and bring a cake). The MMA team even did the grab bags for me ! The coaches were excellent and the kids loved getting to use some of the equipment. If you want to be a hero to any fortnite or nerf obsessed kids, do your self a favour and book your birthday party right now.

Fantastic experience: Have had the pleasure of being pushed to my limits by coach power palmer ,when you think you've reached you're limits he exsposes you to a whole new level ,he's is my go to for personal training for the simple fact I pay to be absolutely broken by the end of our training session ,to be a killer you must train with one ~~~~Lando

Fantastic experience: Just started going here but already everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The coaches push you to go past your best and gain a new personal best each class. They’ve taken the time to teach me as I am a beginner. I already feel more confident. I’d recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get fit and feel good about themselves or for anyone wanting to go pro!
