Fantastic experience: I have been a member of NB Strength and Conditioning for a few years. Thanks to this gym and spin studio I have found my love for fitness and overall wellbeing. The two sites are more than just a facility it is a community of like minded individuals who draw strength from supporting others.

Fantastic experience: Great coaches and atmosphere, it takes the workout experience to a whole new level. Definitely try it out if you are getting bored with your current workout program, you won't want to stop once you start.
