Fantastic experience: I love working out at Ladies World Vernon! The gym staff are very welcoming and the machines and workout spaces are always clean & tidy! I love that there are so many varied classes to choose from. I’ve been working with Christine for personal training sessions. Christine developed joint-friendly, challenging but doable routines for me that incorporated movements to help me address imbalances and joint pain. I love the progress I’m seeing! She’s knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and a great communicator! Can’t recommend working with her enough!

They check in and keep me motivated to reach my goals! So far I am down 20lbs and a lot of inches The wide range of classes and times they offer is great for my busy schedule. Fantastic experience: I recently took a Barre class with Ashley! It was amazing! Worked muscle groups that I haven't felt at other fitness classes. So awesome! Just wish the class was offered on Fridays not just Mondays. As it was the best workout class I've ever been to! Honestly!

Fantastic experience: Ladies World is the place to be if you want a great selection of workout machines, classes, biking and coaching and… it is super clean and amazingly friendly ! I feel safe, listened to and love going even on those days you don’t want to workout. I easily recommend Ladies World to all the women I meet.

Fantastic experience: A really nice gym with lots of nice people! I don't feel judged for trying to be healthier, there's such a wide range of women that it's comforting to see us all striving towards similar goals. The classes are fantastic and probably my favourite aspect of the gym!

Fantastic experience: I’m very new to ladies world. So far it has been great. So many classes to choose from. I bought the personal training package which has definitely been worth it. Christine Graham has been very informative, listen to all my concerns. She has set up 3 programs for me. Christine walked me through all programs, made sure I was doing all exercises correctly. Christine is very supportive, always sending me messages to see how I’m doing. Joining Ladies world was a great decision. Shelley Scott

Fantastic experience: I joined in August 2023 and have been really happy so far! I only use the weight room and treadmills, but there’s always a machine available and everything is super clean. I’ve peeked into the classes and they do look like fun too! All in all it’s a friendly and judgement free space

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym a few weeks ago and I love it. There are several classes to choose from and at various times of the day. The instructors are excellent and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I wish I joined sooner. I love going there.

Fantastic experience: There Is always a friendly hello, usually laughter and ladies chatting in the lobby , as soon as you walk in the door. This is part of the warm, friendly vibe that Ladies World has successfully created ! The facility is very clean and good monthly fees. It has become a positive start to my day that I would miss . And such a wide selection of classes with knowledgable , fun staff . And now a smoothie bar ! Best gym prices in town and such a warm friendly atmosphere!!!!

Fantastic experience: Just Love the classes and instructors there! I am enjoying all different group classes depending on my available schedule. I also really recommend this gym to the people who are not good at doing work out by themselves. Great atmosphere and so much fun!!! I have never gone to the gym this much regularly in my life.

It is definitely my happy place, the employees are all wonderful, front desk, management, childcare, nutritionists and instructors...members and staff connect and support each other So many group classes and 3 locations..you cant afford NOT to go there for your well-being!
