Great variety of equipment and it’s not all crammed together. As mentioned in other reviews, it’s a super clean facility. I saw staff constantly cleaning. Excellent gym all around.

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! It's big, bright, friendly and respectful. All the equipment is in good working order. The women's change room is clean and well laid out. There aren't many TVs and the music isn't too loud. We visited all the gyms in Vernon and this is the best.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, with all the essentials and some bonus equipment too. There is lots of room upstairs for functional training now that the classes moved down town. They even have a sled track. Super friendly staff will always chat with you and friendly atmosphere amongst the clients. All around a good place to be :)

Fantastic experience: Been visiting this gym for 8 years now this May. I’ve been to many and this is my favourite and my second home, from friendly staff, programs, extremely large and clean equipment selection, upstairs studio section, smoothie bar, knowledge, good safe environment, and most of all upbeat personality, smoothies and tanning hands down 12/10 recommend visiting Iron Heart facilities.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here, the monthly fee is a tad more but the value is definitely there to be found, employees treat you like family and take interest in you if you make any kind of effort to chat but they are also acknowledging everyone else that comes in. Richard the owner is friendly, polite professional and the feel of this gym isn’t judged but accepting and welcoming which adds a feeling of belonging to something. This flows down to his staff whom are knowledgeable helpful and very clean and hardworking. Chris often found cleaning up helping with memberships, smoothies and has even given me personally time for a quick spot when I one else was around to ask which led to being part of a personal best for me which I’ll never forget. They and rehabilitation of sorts personal trainers which I have watch give great detailed help and thorough explanations as to the whys of exercises. They sell supplements, smoothies and another local business making health pre made meals to go in the freezer making it a convenient one stop for all health requirements. This place attracts positive outgoing people who like a health lifestyle, a place to workout and visit in between exercise for a feeling of belonging at least that’s how I feel there. Highly recommend this place to all my family friends or new people to town if you want to get out somewhere to meet people while accomplishing your goals.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym with the best staff and owners that truly care. As professional hockey player for 10+ years I've seen the inside of many gyms and Iron Heart is right up there. Lots of room for my dynamic movements and different super-sets. Also great equipment goes a long way.

Fantastic experience: The Ironheart Gym and Studio are fantastic facilities with everything one needs for a decent workout. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable. I switched over from another gym when Covid hit and they didnt reopen. I'm very happy with the change to Ironheart and will not be going back to the other gym.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! Membership rates are decent and the staff is nice! The gym has tons of space and two decent rooms upstairs! There’s a garage door that they will open up on a nice day and fans all over the ceiling so the gym is super clean and fresh! The decor is super sweet too you can tell the owners take care of the place! It’s never too busy so I’ve never had to wait for any machines!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with some heart. Love that it's privately owned and not a cookie cutter gym. Lots of great class from bootcamps to yoga. They also have a drop in rate for classes no membership required. Super flexible with their monthly membership. You don't feel locked in like other gyms that are sometimes tough to cancel if your situation changes. Highly recommend.
