Fantastic experience: I have a gym membership to Elevate Rossland, have done many Hustle classes and have completed the personalized 8 week program with Chris and I can confidently give a 5+ star review to all of the above time and time again. I love the convenience of the fob system for the gym access. I am not bound by any set hours or holidays closures which is perfect for my busy schedule. The Hustle classes are like no other group fitness class that I’ve been to. Chris puts so much thought into creating daily workouts that build on one another. You’ll never do the same workout twice. Every instructor that teaches Hustle is knowledgeable and brings energy to each class. If group fitness isn’t your thing, I highly recommend an 8 week program tailored to your personal goals. Chris nailed it with the exercises. There were some basics sprinkled in with some exercises I had never done before. It was well thought out and accompanied by an easy to follow app for tracking progress. And progress I did see! Super happy with my results and can’t wait for my next program!

Fantastic experience: Chris and the team at elevate make it their priority to support you in any way they can to achieve your fitness goals from personalized nutrition plans or training programs, 1 on 1 training to group hustle classes and little tips/tricks to improve technique and get the most out of you program. Highly recommend the 6 week nutrition challenge for anyone looking to dial in their nutrition to a specific training goal!!

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Chris, Janna and the 6AM crew at Elevate! I was in town for March break, vacationing with my family at Red and wanted a place to work out at in the morning before we hit the slopes. Chris set me up with a weekly pass and invited me to join the 6AM morning "Rossland Hustle" group class. The classes were very well run, good varied workouts from day to day and the 6AM crew was really friendly and a great group to work out with for the week. Highly suggest this facility, team of instructors and group classes. Hope to see everyone again next year when we are back for our ski trip! Thank you :)

Negative experience: Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. So we just started working out, (still no one came, and “smile youre on camera”? So you can threaten people at the gym, and have nobody at the front desk?) and found out that 85 dollars monthly doesnt make sense at all. Or even your 15$ drop in. 2000 dollars a year they will charge you and they dont even have good machines, or AC. The leg press was 15lbs by itself. Dear people who actually workout at the gym, dont let them take your money it’s NOT worth it.

I live in Vancouver now, and for anyone not from a small town it's small and lacks some standard equipment. only has one set of cable machines that you can use for Flys and arm exercises. (I had to use the lat pull down machine for triceps.) BUT it makes up for it by being better then most gyms in the surrounding area and having lots of free weights, plus having much better hours. I had a great workout here If your in Rossland and you lift here is your spot I think.

Fantastic experience: By far the cleanest gym I have ever been to. Great prices too. The free weight area is perfect and there’s lots of machines. Before covid the gym was always being passively cleaned throughout the day and now, in the times of covid, passive cleaning has become even more common place. On top of this, there are lots of counter-infection policies that the gym has put in place and people seem to be following them. I've been wearing a mask everywhere and I feel fine not wearing one here. Worth mentioning is that the preventative measures don't cause anymore than the smallest amount of workout inconvenience. Overall great place.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Came here on a day pass, woman working there was really helpful and friendly. Explained where everything was in the gym. Need to change into your gym shoes when you get there to keep the gym clean. Lota of different machines to use and all in good order, everything was very tidy and not too busy
