We offer a regular schedule of Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a range of Fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Our focus has always been on creating a fun and inclusive environment for all of our clients, and In the process making Fitness and Martial Arts accessible to everyone. No matter your age or ability, we have an option for you. Yes we train competitors and athletes, No, you do not need to be one to train with us!

Fantastic experience: BJJ and MMA are very fun classes, but check your ego at the door and you'll get more out of the class.
