Fantastic experience: This place is amazing

Fantastic experience: Visiting from Montreal and heard great things about this boxing gym. A great club with strong community values. Suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced boxers. Head coach seems really passionate and dedicated to his boxers. This will definitely be my gym away from home when I am visiting.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of equipment for both weight training and cardio with helpful and friendly staff as well as a nice atmosphere! been going here for a few months now and I intend to keep going, it's great.

Fantastic experience: Love the energy in this place. From boxing to yoga I felt welcomed, encouraged and supported. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a more down to earth experience when it comes to fitness, especially if you're new to the area as Jesse and co. make you feel right at home. Fantastic experience: This gym is family friendly and has an unique team of coaches, staff and athletes sharing their passions in one place. If you find yourself in Nelson BC is worthy to stop by, get a work out and maybe practice some Spanish too!

Fantastic experience: A really great boxing gym, their kids classes are top notch teaching kids great skills and a love for fitness and feeling good through hard work and exercise. morals and ethics are important components as well as focus and channeling a competitive nature into a positive direction. the coaches really seem to care about the kids and take the time to help them above and beyond what would be expected. Id recommend this gym and its coaches to anyone
