This gym is not membership based... instead, you work with a personal trainer who will guide, monitor and motivate you towards your fitness goal. The gym is always clean, the equipment is first-rate and the staff are wonderful... and because it is appointment based and your daily workout is guided, access to the equipment is never an issue. This is a great gym and a fantastic fitness community. Enjoy!
