Fantastic experience: Zack is a passionate and capable trainer. With him I have been able to set new personal records in every lift after stagnating for several years. His spotting techniques are the best I have ever had the opportunity to see or experience. He can help you safely lift while pushing you to improve and get the most from every workout. I live abroad, but every time I am back in Nanaimo, I make sure to train with Zack!
