She’s caring and experienced .The gym is extremely clean and the use of holistic cleaners is a real important added touch for those with environmental sensitivities. Fantastic experience: A professional, inviting, and welcoming space The instructors are knowledgeable and the classes are challenging for all levels. I have been taking the pilates classes for years and never get bored. There is lots of variety in the routines each week. The barre class is an amazing workout too. All of the equipment is well maintained. I highly recommend it!
