Fantastic experience: I joined Sphere in 2019 after having my third baby, and it was one of the best decisions I've made for myself! Karen and Kyle are experienced and caring trainers that work with you to achieve your goals. They've created a welcoming and fun atmosphere suited to all ages and fitness abilities. I'm grateful to Sphere for helping me feel stronger and healthier than I did pre-babies!

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but positive things to say about Sphere and Coach’s Karen and Kyle! These guys are exceptional, professional trainers who go above and beyond to help you meet, and exceed, your fitness goals. The overall vibe is great, the workout environment is friendly, fun, and clean, and Sphere has all of the equipment you need. Before I found Sphere, I did not enjoy working out at all, now, with Karen and Kyles focus on technique and form all I see, and feel, are the gains! Since joining Sphere I have increased my strength tremendously and changed my whole body for the better. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Fantastic experience: Sphere is an amazing gym/fitness studio. The coaches are excellent - caring about their client's goals and overall healthy. They put together daily workouts that are varied and challenging. The community of members are welcoming and fun. Lots of class times daily to fit in a workout.

Fantastic experience: I joined Sphere a little over a year ago and have been amazed by the community I have joined. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and customize my workouts to meet my fitness goals and ability. Not only am I learning about fitness, I am learning about nutrition. The group has been incredibly welcoming and supportive.

Fantastic experience: The best thing I have done for myself (specifically my body) was join Sphere! I have many injuries post motor vehicle accident, and this is the first time I've worked out (I've tried many gyms and trainers) that feels LOVING to my body. Kyle and Karen are incredible. They are always able to modify and accommodate for me, and yet I never feel disheartened by my abilities. They recognize when you can push yourself a little harder which makes you proud of what you are actually capable of. The members are amazing! Positive, encouraging and always cheering each other on. I have built genuine friendships (inside and outside of the gym) that I will have for life. Hands down, Sphere has changed my life!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Sphere Health & Fitness for over a year now. In that time I have built up my strength, changed my mindset and increased all of my fitness abilities. I take pride in the fact that I can push myself hard and BE pushed to my limits. The difference here is, I have done this all without injury! That’s kind of unheard of for me. We are taught that impeccable form is everything! Kyle and Karen are extremely knowledgeable about the way our bodies work and their excitement and commitment to health and fitness is contagious. There are a maximum of 8 people per class so Kyle and Karen are able to really focus on each and every member. I have found a very special place that brings me much joy, a restful mind, a fit body and a family of like-minded people that I have come to adore.

Fantastic experience: The best gym experience I’ve ever had! It is a welcoming tight-knit gym community of all ages and fitness levels. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and help each person reach their individual goals. I must also mention they are in impeccable shape and their passion for fitness and health shows. I am constantly challenged and inspired by the workouts. The trainers put so much effort into the programming and mixing things up. I would recommend Sphere to anyone.
