Fantastic experience: I love this club and its coaches.

Fantastic experience: Amazing workouts, and good coaches to guide and help.

Negative experience: Very sales-oriented staff that seemed more interested in their profits than your health. One of the staff called me to try and have me sign up for a monthly membership. The classes were disorganized and chaotic, leaving me stressed and barely sweaty. Would recommend many other gyms/fitness places in the GTA over this one.

Negative experience: Would Not recommend. atmosphere was not comfortable,the staff where not professional and rude washrooms where not sanitary, and seemed like more about taking my money than anything else. Would suggest saving your time and trying somewhere else. Zero Stars

Fantastic experience: A great place to train! The coaches are so friendly and approachable. Truly a no judgement zone. A great workout with great people.

Negative experience: Highly overpriced for what you get and horrible location. Serious waste of time and money to be taught off a TV screen. No personal training or specialized training for people with injuries/limitations/disabilities. Personal training costs without the "personal" part of it. Just another cash franchise. I'm sticking with LA Fitness instead. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Negative experience: Whoever runs this gym gave me an uncomfortable experience during my time here, by not respecting my wishes to not be posted on their social media platform multiple times. Then, by making me stand up for myself or by forcing me to threaten legal action over it. He also ignored every concern I had at every step, and gave the run around as if he would even look into anything. He was surprised when I was not differential to him after a point during this whole situation. After realizing that nothing was going to change, I left this gym. A short while after I left, other women in Aurora were expressing safety concerns publicly and were having a hard time feeling comfortable. So at that point, I knew everything I had expressed had been trivialized. I am happy that my experience here didn't send me back to commercial gyms. Except, I found a gym that is managed better with a more flexible schedule, more space, lockers, treadmills and most importantly, concerned and proactive management. My experience here taught me that it does not matter how many different ways you go about something, if someone never planned on listening to you. And to never force something, when something better could be waiting. I was not paying monopoly money to come here, so I could have at least gotten common courtesy the first couple times I said something. It took me being comfortable somewhere else to realize that I should not have deleted the review for this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym regularly for their one month trial and have found all the instructors helpful, informative and encouraging. I have met a great community of people that regularly attend this gym and always get a great vibe when I enter the space. The music is incredible and really helps motivate and push me. Since attending F45 Aurora I have felt myself getting stronger. Thanks guys!!!

Fantastic experience: Great facility with amazing coaches and a good atmosphere all around. Would recommend for anyone looking for a fun environment to do efficient workouts! Specifically, Lauren is an awesome coach who motivates you to push yourself, while also promoting proper form. She has a great attitude and always brightens up the room.

Positive experience: This place is really great! The trainers motivate you, the environment is not intimidating and you really feel great after each planned workout. The trainers push you to your full potential and overall a great experience.

This place is like a family and we all help each other get better with the amazing help of the trainers who keep us working hard and pushing us to keep going. Fantastic experience: Love this studio! F45 was the one workout class I have been able to stay consistent with. The workouts are always challenging yet never get boring. The coaches are great at being mindful of form, and are there for that extra push of motivation if they know you can grab the heavier weight. 10/10 would recommend F45 in general and this studio.

Negative experience: I came here for a trial and was appalled by the lack of sanitation at this studio. People weren't wearing their masks walking around the studio and trainers also weren't wearing their masks at all times. My friend goes here and she got COVID and the studio refused to send an email to its members alerting that someone at the gym had COVID. This is absolutely unacceptable and is currently being reported to Health Canada. The lack of integrity at this facility and caution for its members is nothing but dismal.

Fantastic experience: If you want to maximize your workouts with amazing coaches and positive motivating people around you in a fun, clean, adrenaline pumping atmosphere, this is the place for you! The workouts vary between strength and cardio days, so there's a great mix of training. The coaches are all really attentive and great at making sure everyone has proper form. Health is wealth and how you feel at the end of your workouts here are priceless!

Fantastic experience: First time when I tried this gym I thought it was the most random thing. I didn’t understand the right postures or where to go. But I decided to give it a chance and do an 8-week challenge. I can say that by the end I grew a lot stronger and I had a lot of fun doing it. The instructors are really nice, and the entire atmosphere is really fun. I recommend you trying it. You’ll push yourself way harder than at any other gym, and you’ll keep going even when you think you wanna stop.
