Fantastic experience: I love working out with Heather at the HUTT. She takes the time to personally know me and know my concerns with my body. Some days my body can't go very far and Heather shows me the modifications so I can still participate to the best of my abilities on any given day. I feel safe, encouraged, and strong with Heather as our instructor and coach! 100% recommend.
