Positive experience: It's a nice gym with a great location and super-friendly staff. But there are several buts. First, several cable machines need maintenance. The covering on some benches and seats should be replaced. It's not only a visual defect but also a bit dangerous, like the chest support covering in the chest-supported row machine. Also, the lockers are all rusted through the inside and probably should be renovated or replaced. The overall cleanliness in the gym is acceptable; there is no dust so that you can breathe normally, except in the washroom, there are always a lot of paper towels and napkins lying on the floor because the trash bins are full. In conclusion, as I mentioned before, it's a nice gym, fix some minor details, and it will be great!

Negative experience: Si il y avait une note moins que 1 j'allais la choisir. Tout s'était bien passé jusqu'à ce que je décide d'annuler mon abonnement de personal training pour des raisons médicales. J'ai appelé pour qu'on annule le compte plus d'un mois mais ils ont rien fait et ils continuaient à retirer les paiements de mon compte ( plus de 400 pièces à toutes les 2 semaines).Après plus d'un mois j'étais obligé de me déplacer sur place pour exiger la cancellation et la encore ils disent qu'ils peuvent pas.cest hier qu'on m'appelle pour dire que oui ils vont canceller le compte mais que je n'aurai aucun remboursement et que je vais perdre mes 900 pièces et quelques. Et il se permet de me dire qu'il n'a pas mon temps et va pas rester toute la journée au téléphone pour ca. Une chose est sur je me ferai rembourser par tous les moyens ,je ne cautionne pas l'escroquerie.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym. It's just down the street from my home and is convenient. With the continual change of employees, Remi at the front desk is a constant welcoming face. He greets folks when they arrive and helps make workouts get off on a good footing. Thanks to Remi.

Negative experience: Terrible customer experience - the manager of Good life in Dieppe just hung up the phone in the middle of conversation which seemed very impolite. This is unacceptable. The customers are definitely not important here.

Positive experience: So much equipment is out of service all the time. The other gyms have more up to date machines so I wish this gym would upgrade as well. So many cardio machines but they are never 10 percent full. Wasted space.

Fantastic experience: Loved how clean this gym was! Liked the fact that they had a little equipment room off the girls locker room for those who don't want to work out in a big open environment. The ladies locker room was impressive with a sauna room inside :)
