Negative experience: The gym is 24/7, so that's good. Obviously, during after work hours up until about 8:30, it's busy because that's peak time. Do not go in the early mornings because there is a trio that's always making videos, and it makes others around uncomfortable . Also, they are very loud when talking in the quiet area. Most times, they spend so much time talking that they take forever to get through their workouts and prevent others from using the equipment. During the after-school/work hours, there are a lot of kids who idle a lot, and they hog the machines. They also spend a lot of time flexing in only underwear, and it makes others uncomfortable. They have no respect for others and the space. I'm there doing my warm-up, and these guys basically got naked in front of me just to flex in the mirror. I believe they can do this at home. I spoke with other women there, and they were just as uncomfortable as I am. The staff is friendly, but it's hard to identify them because they have no form of identification.

Fantastic experience: Amazing culture in the gym. Everyone is super welcoming and always willing to help. Also the cleanest gym I’ve been too. Has the best variety of equipment for all types of workouts. Finally can’t forgot about the posing room with unreal lighting and mirrors.

Negative experience: Great location, price, 24/7, everyone seems to sanitize after using equipment although a bit worn down. If your looking to go between 330pm-6pm(weekdays) I suggest you don't as it just becomes a bro zone as all the students from the high school come in with 3-4 a group and hog one machine for the next hour or so as they only do one set before passing it over to their buddy and repeat until they are done with it. Staff during the day time seem friendly but unrecognizable unless behind the counter. Staff never enforce their second rule which is no gym bags on the workout area. went at the dead of night and it was a ghost town so that's a plus. For a place promoting health and fitness they seemingly cant take the time to get the fans and vents cleaned so your also inhaling dust which probably a factor in the overall smell besides all the sweaty people haha. bring your own listening device as the genres of music from the speakers are quite limited and just sounds like a spotify playlist which is not suppose to be for commercial use. I've only been going for the last couple weeks but these are just my basic observations.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for 6 months and have had no problems. The staff is friendly the gym is well maintained and clean and the membership prices are reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Just checked this place out the other day and was very satisfied, smaller space but layout is perfect and easy to work with. Alot less busy during peak hours at other gyms, All the equipment is functional and works the plates are all real hard iron, solid gym!

Fantastic experience: The gym has a very "Old School" gym vibe and everybody is very friendly and welcoming, also can't forget to mention very reasonably priced memberships. Best gym around here 100% love the atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful little spot. It is not a suitable hike for anyone who has bad knee’s, ankles or mobility issues. It is a steep unstable decent.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy going to the gym here. I have not been to the Gym in years. So I was bit nervous and was not sure at first. I when to check it out and the owner was super friendly and allow me to look around. Plus he also talked to me about different equipment. He also telled me if I needed anything just to call. The people I have met there are also super friendly. I have not had any problems with anyone and I am happy to call it my home gym.

Fantastic experience: Visiting from out of town, and found this gym—totally impressed! This is a real, old school weight lifter’s gym—something that is truly rare nowadays. Owner is awesome, and very accommodating. When I’m back in town, this is the only gym I’ll be visiting.

Negative experience: The owner there was going to sell me some of his equipment then backed out of the deal and posted it for even more money. I then made a deal again to get more machines to do a bundle deal and then he backed out of it again. Then staff there are greedy and unprofessional.

Positive experience: Without Covid-19 I probably wouldn't of tried this gym because I live in moncton however because its open 24hrs and no booking schedule it works great. Just a little tip try avoiding busy times of the day if you don't like a crowd or you want a variation of equipment.

Positive experience: You need another squat rack, or move the deadlift box from behind squat rack. Seeing you only have 1 squat rack, having guys do hr long 1 rep max deadlift workouts puts a wrench into leg days sometimes. People lack the respect of others training. Other then this, its a good gym. Price and condition of the equipment is good. Seriously need to fix the squat rack issue.

Fantastic experience: Pretty much all the equipment a self motivated person needs to do full body workouts. If you're not self motivated, they have someone there to help you create and maintain a workout plan.

Negative experience: When the formerly Global Gym shut down, I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the owner and operator of this gym. I did not get the sense that this was a person who was trustworthy, who had a firm grasp on his business, or who had any idea on what he was getting into. I have seen gyms open and close regularly throughout the Maritimes. Though the facilities might seem impressive, the way he managed overtaking this business was clumsy and shows his inexperience. For now, I have taken my business and my clients elsewhere but I'm by no means closed off to the idea of re-considering. Will likely re-educate myself in a year's time and see if it's worth a membership.
