Positive experience: July 30, 2024 - I've been a member since around October 2022. Love the gym, friendly staff, great facility and I will continue to recommend it to my friends & family. However, the men's washroom is not being cleaned on a regular basis. Yes, there are some members who make a mess but that's no excuse for not cleaning it. The walls around the urinal and behind the air dryers are a mess. It's been like that forever. There needs to be someone who comes in and gives it a deep clean and then kept that way each day. As I mentioned previously, I've seen public facilities that are kept cleaner. Thanks in advance for addressing this. I have been a member for just over 1 year. It's a great gym with lots of equipment, open & airy atmosphere. My few complaints are: 1) A broken down treadmill with a sign on it for 1 year. Why not take it away if it can't be fixed? 2) The men's washroom is not kept that clean. On a number of occasions, I have come in around 9am and the washroom is gross. I went to a public ice rink lately and the washroom was spotless the way I would expect this gym to be. On the bright side, the Staff are friendly, most all equipment is very well maintained and members are friendly & respectful. I would recommend this gym over any other fitness clubs in Mission.

Fantastic experience: Kudos to Upinder for giving excellent customer service. Club is pretty good too impressive array of equipment, cardio, machines and free weights.

Fantastic experience: Switched to this gym after bad experiences at other facilities. Have been pleased with the friendly staff, equipment, respectful patrons and overall experience. Good location, close to work, quite clean compared to other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, good layout lots of equipment. I dislike January but that's every gym. Shout out to the staff (I may be a little bias) super accommodating and friendly! Men's bathroom is often not very clean but I mostly blame the users that clearly still have mom and dad cleaning up behind them.

Negative experience: To whom this may concern; I have been attending this gym for a few years now and I'd have to say within the last year it's just gotten dirtier and dirtier. The staff just stay in the office and don't do anything. I see them vacuum once in awhile but these machines need a deep clean. The grime build up is absolutely disgusting especially on the stairmaster. Also, the papertowel is ALWAYS out at atleast 2-3 stations at a time. This is extremely frustrating. Although the staff are super friendly, they almost never walk around to see what needs to be done. Please Goodlife, all I'm asking is take some pride in your facility. This is the only "big" gym in mission and I like coming here however lately these are my thoughts on it.

Spoke to a guy over the phone about a lot of questions I had about signing up for the gym and he was able to give me the exact answers I was looking for. Overall great gym, and friendly helpful staff. **just wish they had a sauna, really hope they get one soon

Negative experience: I don’t like that they say mama can come off in certain areas yet you get people walking around freely without masks up Where are the works to tel them to put the mask on Well walking around?? Either hire more people or get people to do the job right !

Negative experience: Equipment is good, staff are friendly but even the manager was useless is setting up an account with them and worse when trying to cancel. Also why do you pay the same fee as other clubs with swimming pools, saunas etc... better off going to a different goodlife

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, gym and showers are sparkling clean, and everyone makes sure to put weights back in their proper places. Possibly the nicest gym I’ve been to, will be back.

Positive experience: Staff is really nice. Place is really clean with great showers. Other members are respectful. Really easy to get the work out done. Very SHADY practice, Huge sign up fee to sell you a $25 a month fee then you find out that Its Bi weekly so the monthly is $56.86 a month so when you call to ask why then cancel they smack you in the face and tell you they need 30 days notice to cancel!? why? The place is worse than a used car dealership. READ THE FINE PRINT or get screwed. It cost me $242 for 2 month membership. Place is not even worth the $25 a month I thought it was. I would not have signed up for $56 a month

Negative experience: Location, equipments r superlative , even staff is good but unfortunately management is v v unprofessional, It will definitely impact badly on GOOD LIFE

Negative experience: Very little cleaning is being done!! Staff spends all their time talking and neglecting covid rules. No mask enforcement, cleaning stations are empty!! Very few people are cleaning their stations after use!!! 4pm to 6pm is when I notice all this weekdays!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and I have to say that the staff is friendly and helpful, the gym is clean ! The covid protocols are always consistent and in place . I recommend this gym!

Negative experience: Unfriendly staff. Say “it is your responsibility to know that you can’t bring guests in non-staffed hours” well if you pay for that, then expect the paying customer to bring in guest. I won’t recommend this gym to anyone. Sent an e-mail long time ago, seems like no one checks their inbox here. Definitely not recommended at all. Superb example of management failure, they just leave a comment. I would give them zero stars if I could here. (updated May 21, 2019).

Fantastic experience: Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Great equipment, very clean, awesome staff and amazing members! Also monthly draws and give-aways on awesome items such as smart watches, wireless Beats, etc. Love it there!

Positive experience: Lots of cardio machines and lots of free weights and different weight machines.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic handicapped access bathroom means the world to me. When the equipment needs service it has never been out of order for long. Some hiccups with the automatic entry when they opened but those appear resolved. Thank you GoodLife.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, clean and well-equipped place to work out at! The Virtual Fitness classes are so convenient to do the classes when you want.
