You may have heard it all before but we are sincere when we tell you that no matter where you're at physically, we have something for you. We want everyone to be active and experience all of the rewards
No you do not have to sign anything to get started. All of our auto pays can be canceled with 2 weeks' notice by email or written letter addressed to admin.
Yes, we love to provide the space for birthdays or gatherings, (rock wall, turf, etc.) we do not have space to eat or drink...we are a gym???? after all.
We provide spin shoes at no cost. We also have some rock climbing shoes to borrow but if you prefer clean runners are just fine! NO SHOES NO CLIMB.

Fantastic experience: Badlands is the place to be! The staff truly set it apart—they are welcoming, inclusive, and consistently prepared to guide and support members of all skill levels. Whether your interest lies in CrossFit, turf workouts, yoga, spin, or other classes, the diverse range of offerings ensures there is something for everyone. Personally, I have particularly enjoyed the CrossFit and yoga sessions. I would like to extend special recognition to Sean, who recently assumed ownership of this location. His leadership is the reason everything operates seamlessly. The workouts are thoughtfully programmed and accessible through their app to preview before class. I value how the coaches excel at providing modifications or substitutions when necessary. Sean's "Mindset Mondays" are an ideal way to begin my week, and Gabby's humour always adds an enjoyable element to my workouts. If you are seeking a supportive, friendly, and well-organized fitness community, I highly recommend Badlands CrossFit.

Fantastic experience: BTC is much more than just a gym. I’ve been a member since it opened and can say that it’s a community of great people and instructors! We are so fortunate to have this amount of quality options under one roof. Memberships at a facility like this in bigger centres would cost at least double or more! Negative experience: If you want to independently workout this may not be the place for you, even if there’s no classes in the space you want to work out- chances are the space/machine will be taken over by a group of people. Which keeps happening. Even when I triple check the app to make sure there are no classes in the specific area I’m wanting to workout in. I get there’s people around you doing classes, or waiting for that class. Just standing, watching- but it’d be nice to workout in a space that doesn’t have 7 people standing less than a meter away from you kinda making it awkward and uncomfortable for you to do your own thing (which again, there wasn’t even a class)

Fantastic experience: I don't think I've ever had a bad class at badlands! The coaches & instructors are top notch. And I love being able to just do my own thing if I feel like it. 12/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Took my kids for the supervised wall climb. This was our second visit. The facility is clean and well-kept. The walls vary in difficulty and jeep interest. However, my 5 star review is for Aiden. He was the supervisor and I was so impressed with his kindness and patience. He is a rockstar. I would trust him with my kids any time.

Fantastic experience: Came for the rock climbing, found out about the Jiu Jitsu. Great gym, great training. Super impressed with the environment. Got a chance to come back for the Jiu Jitsu classes, enjoyed it immensely. Connor taught a great class, definitely sweated and pushed the pace. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helped us our group get set up for the rock climbing and explained where everything was and how to use equipment. I highly recommend checking out this gym if you're in the area.

Fantastic experience: This has become an incredible place for our entire family to learn, grow, build strength and make new friends. There are so many class options at all different times of the day. Literally something for everyone. All skill levels are welcomed with open arms. It’s incredible to see the kids able to do classes and burn that extra energy. Fantastic experience: Unlike any other gym in town. The knowledge and experience that these trainers have, is unmatched anywhere else. New equipment, and wide array of classes make this gym stand out amongst the rest.

Fantastic experience: Our family started coming here in September 2021 and absolutely love it. My wife and I do the daily workouts (CrossFit). My wife does spin, yoga, and HIFitness. Our kids love rock climbing, and all the kids classes and I do boxing 3 days a week. The coaches here are some of the best I’ve ever experienced and our kids love coming. We love the sense of community here, the family oriented atmosphere and the constant positivity and encouragement. Such a fantastic asset to our community especially to any up and coming athletes who want to maximize their athletic potential and truly succeed. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone.

Fantastic experience: Just dropped in for a quick climb while passing through and was blown away by the facility! Owner was there and happy to show me around and get me on the wall. Clean, well equipped and set up like a dream. Can't wait to drop in again.

It's a lot to cover our 4,400 sq ft upstairs mezzanine with the boxing ring and combat mat just off the spin and yoga studios; overlooking the 7,000 sq ft turf, rig and workout areas. I feel out of breath just writing that. Not to mention the 40ft climbing wall, which, if you haven't tried yet, you should come back and bring a friend. Our enthusiastic instructors would love to "show you the ropes"! (Actually there are only 3 ropes, the other 8 lines are auto-belay lines which aren't actually ropes ;) Did you know your first class is free?Thank you again for sharing! Fantastic experience: Sooo awesome if you haven’t checked this place out swing on by. been coming here after working hot days in the sun!!! the climbing wall is sick and lotss of other training areas the best part is how open it is definitely not squeezed in. I believe they can accommodate any sort of training classes as well.
