Positive experience: Polite staff, clean facility, abundance of variety for equipment. Expensive for a monthly gym membership and sparse discounts available, but not a lot of local options. No locking lockers available.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by this gym while visiting for a wedding and the lady working was very sweet. She didn't feel right charging me for a fob and a day pass so she was kind enough to lend me a fob so I could come in the next morning. Saved me some $$$ and offered to show me the gym. Will return if I'm ever passing through!

Fantastic experience: Spent a week in Meadow Lake, and got a week membership at Rise. It was a clean gym with lots of new equipment but the best was the people. It was a comfortable place to go with great staff. Next time I'm in town I will definitely go again.
