Fantastic experience: I used to do physical activities before coming to London, but MVMT is on another level. With the perfect combination of strength and conditioning. They make me not only love going to the gym, but adore it and even get addicted to it. It's a bit like when you're really hungry and need to eat, and you don't feel good until you've eaten. Each section PT or group class is designed to challenge you and, at the end, reveal to yourself how far you can go, how extraordinary you are. The trainers are all amazing and friendly. Going to MVMT has been the best investment I've made for myself so far. I'm proud of my achievement, proud of the new me and proud of what they help me to achieve every time. Fantastic experience: I've been training at MVMT Strength for about a month now and it's been a great experience. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The other members are supportive and it's really fun environment. The workouts have been challenging but addictive. They switch up every class so it's always something new. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Currently I am in week 11/12 of Brooke's 12 week challenge. It has been amazing. Not only do I get custom workouts targeted to my goals, but there's also nutrition tracking and education which has set me up for continuing success after the program is finished. Highly recommend for anyone who needs some support getting a routine that they can manage on their own.

Fantastic experience: MVMT Strength is an inviting atmosphere. I am always greeted at the door by name and the members are very supportive no matter your fitness level. Since joining last July, I am down 20 lbs and I am almost at my weight lost goals. It is truly what you put into the gym and your nutrition that you will get out of it. Fantastic experience: MVMT Strength is the only gym I’ve ever been able to stick with! Having group classes led by a trainer keeps the class fun while ensuring you are performing the workouts correctly. If you are looking to lose weight and/or build muscle I highly recommend starting with the 6 or 12 week challenge to get some extra nutrition counselling. It works!

Fantastic experience: I’m about 3 weeks into starting with MVMT and it’s been great! The onboarding was a great way to get back into the motions of lifting and each coach I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable - I recently had a lower back injury and each coach was able to suggest some alternative movements that are lower back friendly. I used to work out solo at a traditional gym so switching to a class based gym was something outside of my element. I’ve enjoyed jumping into each class knowing there’s a strength, conditioning and accessory element that definitely works up a sweat! The classes are well organized and the community of folks definitely help motivate you to push yourself. The periodic check ins with Luke help to not only see how you’re progressing and adjust your goals, but also help you stay accountable for the work you do outside of the gym. Nothing but positive things to say about the gym and the people running it!
Fantastic experience: I have been a part of Brooke's 12 week program and I cannot say enough incredible things about all of the changes I have made in my life through the support, encouragement and knowledge Brooke has shared. This is truly a no fail program - this from someone that has tried everything to get my health and fitness back on track. Brooke will meet you where you are and provide individualized coaching so that you will surpass your goals (and hit some goals you didn't even know you had) - she is AMAZING!

Everyone here supports each other regardless of their level of fitness. I enjoy the group fitness classes where people check their egos at the door and push each other to do their best. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Brooke over the last 12 weeks through her Powerful 12 program. I have been able to focus on prioritizing my health by making incremental changes weekly. The journey Brooke takes you on is catered to creating balance as she understands the working full time mom balancing act most of us face! Fantastic experience: I have been a member of MVMT Strength for a year and a half now, and I sincerely am only sad I didn't join even earlier! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, passionate, thorough and they pay attention to every single person in the class. They are always able to adjust a movement or exercise to fit the standards of everyone's fitness level, making all workouts accessible to all levels. There are thorough demonstrations of each of the moves, as well as explanations as to why this move is important, what it targets, and how it fits the overall plan. There is a big diversity of exercises, so each session feels "fresh" instead of repetitive and boring. Another major highlight is the true supportive nature that the coaches foster and promote within the space. I can say that MVMT Strength members are encouraging of one another, unjudgmental, and truly supportive of each other, celebrating all wins, not just the "fancy" looking ones. And, as a queer individual, I couldn't help but add that this is a queer friendly and safe space. Lastly, the way the coaches approach nutrition makes it more of a series of sustainable choices that can last for a lifetime, rather than a restrictive punishment. After having been to a lot of fitness facilities across London, MVMT Strength is by far the best on all levels! It has become second home and is totally worth every penny!
Fantastic experience: I've never been the one to go to a gym. but being the age and weight I am I really needed to go. in the last 4.5 months I've been able to lose 40lbs and 6" on my waist. the structured workouts and class format make it easy for someone who has no idea what they are doing to pick it up, ask questions and get feedback from everyone involved. I have also been using the nutrition program with great results. its nice being held accountable and always being checked in on by not just the nutritionist but the coaches as well. the bi weekly inbody scans help illustrate the actual results you're achieving. coaches are able to adjust workouts to accommodate any injuries/recovery you're going through. all in all its been a great experience, one that I wish I started sooner but I'm here now and plan to be into the future. Thanks MVMT!
Fantastic experience: MVMT has a great combination of knowledgeable and approachable coaches, evidence-based and interesting programming, and a fun and supportive community. I was a multi-sport athlete in high school and university and moved into various group/team-based strength and conditioning programs (including Crossfit) for many, many years. MVMT combines the best parts of these programs with university-educated staff who know biomechanics, kinesiology, and science-based fitness, with keen attention to safety and scalability. Their building also has more natural light than any gym where I’ve trained, which truly enhances the energy of the space!
Fantastic experience: MVMT has been a great experience. The onboarding experience with Luke was Amazing! Everything went smooth, efficient and the team answered any questions I had. I had Will for a few 1:1 Personal Training sessions during my onboarding and he was great to build confidence in using the gym equipment, free weights and taught me alternatives for challenging exercises. The group classes have been a challenge in a good way! A good group size, usually 8-10 people. I have learned so much about myself. At the early morning classes Brooke, Bobby, and Victoria are super motivating and uplifting! Keep being awesome! Can't wait for the next class every time!
Fantastic experience: MVMT is the place to be if you are serious about your fitness goals. The entire team is supportive and encouraging! I had not worked out for 3 years but nothing about the process or the gym felt intimidating in any way. I month in and I know I made the right decision. If you want to start making your health a priority you must give MVMT a try.
Fantastic experience: The best gym in London! They have a really good introduction process into working out. When you sign up and join the gym, you will be placed into a program called on ramp. On ramp is a great way to slowly get into working out. On ramp teaches you the techniques and body movements on working out. On ramp is 1 on 1 with a professional trainer. After completing on ramp you are now able to attend group fitness classes. Therefore, it’s a gym that will not throw you in the wolves. They’ll help you throughout the way on your journey.
Fantastic experience: Joining MVMT strength is the best decision I’ve made since moving back to London and worth every penny that I have invested. The team here is truly exceptional! Each of them takes the time to get to know you personally, help you set and achieve realistic goals, and make you feel welcome and part of a community. I’ve never been more excited and motivated to work out and make healthier choices and it is because of the atmosphere and support that this gym provides. In the group classes you are surrounded by friendly familiar faces who help to push you, hold you accountable, have similar goals, and celebrate your wins! Every time I leave I look forward to the next time I can come back and I think that speaks volumes. If you have been debating joining like I was for many months, just do it! You won’t look back!

Fantastic experience: I'm having such an amazing experience with MVMT, can't stop raving about them to my friends :) Luke was very thorough and welcoming during the admission process - you have a goal review + body measurements appointment every month on the first 3 months, then every 90 days. I took one of their On Ramp programs, where you get 4 personal training sessions before attending the group classes, so you start getting familiar with the exercises and the lingo. That for sure helped build confidence for my first group class! I'm kinda prone to getting injured, and the way they're mindful about exercising safely is reassuring: got messages from Luke checking how my chronically bad neck felt after each PT session, and Nicole was so careful making the group class exercises easier for me until my body gets used to them. And the gym has such a welcoming and fun vibe! I'm not a fan of exercising, but I feel these guys are gonna help this change! :)
Fantastic experience: The whole team at MVMT are absolutely a treat to work with, the process from initial inquiry to getting in the gym for the first time was smooth and as easy as I could imagine. The initial meeting is to build a base line of where you stand from fitness and body composition stand point, they allow for the MVMT staff to start a history for you while there. From goal setting, dietary recommendations, and then Inbody scans, the initial meeting really builds a strong foundation for the beginning of your time at MVMT, and one that you can and will track moving forward. Before starting in classes with the rest of the team, the MVMT coaches have you go through a personal training session to gage where you are at, in order to make sure you have a safe, healthy and productive introduction to the classes, which I found, even as an experienced lifter, very refreshing because my coach; Will, was very informative and welcoming to me, and set the stage for how classes and workouts are ran at the gym. I have had the pleasure to work with 3 coaches in my time in classes, and I have been nothing but impressed with the level of individual attention that each athlete gets in the gym. Every coach is very knowledgeable and supportive to every level of participant in the gym, wether they are new to fitness or an experienced athlete. I chose to sign up with MVMT because I was tired of working out at big busy gyms by myself where I had no encouragement to go on my own. The accountability and enjoyment I get from working out with the same people in these classes makes it very easy for me to get up and go to the gym, I now look forward to working out more than I ever have before.
Fantastic experience: I started with MVMT in early October 2023 and to say it has changed my life would be an understatement! I have lost just about 30 pounds so far, and am so much happier in almost every aspect of my life!!! Isaac kept me accountable to a diet which was something I have struggled with my entire life and I am so happy with the results to date!! I would recommend to anyone looking to get into or just stay in shape especially if you struggle with diets like I did!!! 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently joined MVMT and it has been such an easy process transitioning into group fitness classes. With the onboarding PT sessions, you are taught proper form for various movements/lifts BEFORE you start the classes; reduces the risk of injury and feeling lost/overwhelmed in class. I finally found the ultimate fitness destination and community to call home at MVMT Strength in London, Ontario. MVMTS stands out as more than just a place to work out. This began from the moment I started with them originally embarking on a personal 6 week challenge. From the first step through the doors, I was greeted by friendly staff and fellow members who were eager to help me succeed. Coach Bobby, Isaac, Nicole, Brooke, Will, Victoria, Janelle and Luke are all truly exceptional. They are not only highly knowledgeable and experienced but also deeply committed to helping you reach your fitness goals while also having a lot of fun. One of the things that sets MVMTS apart is its emphasis on proper form and technique. The coaches take the time to ensure that each member receives personalized instruction tailored to their individual needs and goals. Whether you're learning a new exercise or refining your technique, you can count on the MVMTS coaches to provide expert guidance every step of the way. Recently I underwent Cancer surgery and began treatment and the coaching team went out of their way to help me design a practical modified program that was personalized allowing me the best opportunity for continued success and allowing me to remain part of the inspired community they have created while I battle and work to make a physical and mental comeback. Joining the MVMTS Community will not only help you achieve your fitness goals but also connect you with like-minded individuals who will support and inspire you along the way. Fantastic experience: I did a 3 month program with Luke and it was great. This program instills new habits that you can use for the rest of your life. It also opened my eyes as to how critical diet is for results. I'm now tracking everything I eat and being a lot more mindful with alcohol when I'm out socially. I'm in my last week and its looking like I'll have lost almost 15 lbs all said and done. A very worth while investment in yourself!
Fantastic experience: After baby#3 and over a year at attempting things on my own, I knew I was in need of guidance and support. As a busy mom and executive leader, I have very little time for “me” so I was skeptical if anything would ever work for me. I was looking for a well rounded coach that gave more than weekly workouts - and then I found Brooke. She instantly made you feel comfortable about where you are in your journey and engaged in my goals I had for myself. She is knowledgeable and strikes the perfect balance between warm and direct. During the course of the 12 weeks I learned so much about food, nutrition my body but more importantly I learned how to love myself again and gained my confidence back and then some. This was the best investment I could have made on myself and I just had to commit to another 12 now that my goals have shifted and I need Brooke in my life in order to achieve them. I would never have been able to do this without her and I’m so grateful to have found her. Everyone needs a Brooke in their life!

Negative experience: Pushy and unprofessional , I was going to join but I didn’t like how Luke talked to me. I’m not going to go into details but he was rude and very pushy when I asked him to give me a few days to think about it. The 6 weeks challenge is very misleading on social media, should be more clear to the conditions and “fine print”
Negative experience: Misleading social media ads. There is no free component to the challenge. They have several excuses for this, but then why falsely advertise it as such? Even then, I was willing to go through the experience and learn more about this center. But Luke was so pushy and when I didn't want to sign up right then and there, he was incredibly rude. Very glad I decided against signing up.
Fantastic experience: AMAZING gym with great coaches and workouts. The community atmosphere that MVMT Strength has created and the time they take to get to know every client is unbeaten.

Fantastic experience: I started Brookes 12-week program to hopefully change my mindset around food and exercise and my end goal being weight loss. After having my 3rd baby 2 years ago it was time to get myself back on track with food and exercise. I went into this with an open mind but truly knowing that if I did the work the results would come. With the support of an amazing group of women and Brooke's guidance the whole way through brought the most amazing results I could have ever asked for. I finished the 12 weeks losing 25 lbs. and 20 inches overall. I've built new habits that are now my new normal and I will continue to do those things for ever. I have completely transformed my relationship with food because I now know the way it makes me feel and when you start to feel good you don't look back. If you are really wanting to kick start your health and are just needing that extra push than this program will do exactly that

Fantastic experience: As a tree climber by trade, my job has unique physical challenges and takes a toll on the body in terms of wear and tear. Will from MVMT worked with me remotely (online) to increase overall strength and reduce elbow pain. I couldn’t be happier with the results. He is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer, and worked hard every week to design and tailor workouts, answer questions and offer advice. If you are an athlete or someone who depends on your body for work, Will has a unique skill set and amazing dedication to his craft that will take you to the next level.

Fantastic experience: I kept seeing Brooke's Instagram stories showing her "12-week ladies", working out, smiling, having so much fun! I decided I wanted to be a part of it - it was exactly what I needed. I joined the 12-week program in January hoping to lose a few pounds and inches, but to also get myself back on my fitness track after being away for a couple of years. The 12-week program was more than I could have hoped for - having my metrics recorded regularly using In Body, regular measurements, nutrition coaching and 1:1 consultations was a game-changer for me. I was quickly joining 6AM classes X 3 days/week because I LOVE it and I feel amazing. I can not recommend this program enough. It is empowering to focus and invest in yourself. Not only have I seen physical results, my nutrition habits are back on point, I sleep better, feel calmer and am able to manage all things life. Thanks Brooke and the coaches in MVMT for getting me back on track!

Fantastic experience: Brooke's 12-week program was the best thing I've invested in for myself in many years. I expected to get some great workouts and some nutrition guidelines, but what I got far surpassed my expectations. It was a whole lifestyle improvement, things that I'm definitely not going to stop doing after 12 weeks. I feel like I've finally found the "formula" for sustainable health and fitness. The results were a side benefit - lower body fat, higher muscle mass, and lost inches. I used to work out every day with less results, now I work out 4 times a week and have so much more balance and a better relationship with food. So many wins! If you're wondering if you should try it, this is your sign to just give it a shot!
Fantastic experience: MVMT has been phenomenal in helping me get back into the gym after two kids and a back injury. The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable in helping ensure proper form and alternatives not just for ability, but also recent and pre-existing injuries. The classes give a great challenge and variety that you just don’t get with corporate fitness classes.
Fantastic experience: I never thought I could find my love for the gym again. This gym has honestly inspired me and makes me LOVE working out. Shoutout to the 5:15 squad we push each other and keep all accountable. Special shout-out to Bobby and Victoria. These 2 coaches go above and beyond and make workouts FUN. Fantastic experience: MVMT strength is amazing!! After having a baby 9 months ago I decided to do something for me so I joined Brookes 12 week program. Not only did I loose 12 inches, 13 lbs and 7% body fat, but my mindset around fitness and nutrition has completely changed. I have my confidence back, I genuinely look forward to going to the gym and I just overall feel better and stronger! I have never had results this amazing from any other program I’ve done! My only regret is not joining MVMT sooner!!!!

Fantastic experience: I wanted a kickstart back into health and fitness after spinal injury and babies and I got that and much more when I joined the 12 week program! From the program alone, I had incredible success and developed healthy, long term exercise and eating habits that have lasted past the program into my everyday life. MVMT feels like a family. The coaches are amazing, the atmosphere is inclusive and so welcoming. I was nervous about movement and lifting with my injury but the coaches are attentive and always watching to ensure movements are being done safely and correctly (this is paramount for me and I’ve been in other gyms where there are too many people in classes or the attention is only on a select few attendees). They provide alternative movements if necessary and can even tell you before you start if something might not work within your capabilities. Overall an incredibly supportive and motivating environment which has brought me a lot of progress toward my goals.

Fantastic experience: I'm nearing the end of MVMT's 12 week program and can't say enough good things about all of it! I was apprehensive about joining a gym as usually I like to workout on my own, but it's quickly become one of my favorite places to be. The energy & community that exists here is simply amazing. Brooke's coaching for the 12 week program has been so helpful to my individual & specific training goals and I'm so thankful for this experience! I've already extended my membership and excited to continue this journey! I would highly recommend both the 12 week program and gym in general! It's the best!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago I was hesitant to take the first step in my health and fitness journey. I came across MVMT online and was intrigued by their 6-week program that promised to provide challenging fun workout classes, balanced nutrition, and round-the-clock accountability from a coach. Let me tell you, it was nothing short of that. I haven’t worked alongside a group of non-judgemental, friendly, welcoming individuals in a long time and this experience was so refreshing. The team at MVMT is beyond accommodating and truly want to work with you in achieving your goals, even if that means you fell off track. From the first time entering the gym to my last in-body session, everyone has been so kind and supportive in my journey. A special shout-out to my amazing coach Taylor, who was so patient, supportive, and truly listened even when the topic wasn’t related to my fitness goals. Another shoutout to Bobbi for being so extremely knowledgeable about specific exercises and took the time to accommodate to each persons fitness level. Fantastic experience: I did Brooke’s 12 week program with the goal of building confidence again after being away from the gym for so long. I not only have regained confidence but have formed a true excitement for going to the gym and as a busy working mom that’s the last thing I would have expected. At the end of the 12 weeks I ended up gaining the most muscle mass I ever have and hitting so many strength PRs. Any mental blocks Brooke was there to cheer me on and get me through it ! Fantastic experience: By far, MVMTS has been the best gym I have been to. Many gyms say they are a community driven gym, but MVMTS truly is a community with tons of support from members and coaches. I always feel welcome when I arrive for every class and look forward to going to classes. The 6 week challenge has been such a game changer for me. When I started, I was feeling chronically tired and not in a very healthy state. With 2 days left in the challenge, I haven't felt this good in several years and I'm also feeling so much stronger. Thank you to Isaac for coaching me through these 6 weeks and being super supportive, I don't know that I would have done as well without you. Thank you also to Luke and Taylor as well as all the other coaches for being so supportive and welcoming! I could not recommend MVMTS enough.
Fantastic experience: Being a shift-working Mom, I had many many years of not prioritizing my health and fitness. I was fortunate to know Brooke growing up and was quietly following her fitness journey and watching her inspire so many others. I decided to reach out and let me tell you- it was the best decision I made in a long time! Brooke and I sat down and discussed goals and she helped me crush them and then some. She was the best mentor in my corner encouraging me whenever I needed and also there to give me a push when I needed it too. Going through the 12 week program I was able to re-learn what foods/nutrition were best to meet my goals as well as the other factors that influence that as well (sleep, water intake, walking, nutrition tracking etc) Having access to the in-body scanner was another way that I could monitor my progress and it is very motivating to push yourself to see improvement in the next scan. If I could summarize: Want to prioritize yourself and improve yourself- go to Brooke. Need some help knowing what foods are best for your body to fulfill the goals you want- go to Brooke. Feeling lethargic and just need a kick to get started to being active again- go to Brooke.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at MVMT Strength for a few months now and have nothing but great things to say about the gym, the coaches, the programming, and the community! I was very nervous starting up, as I had not been to a gym in some time, but as soon as I trialed my first class, I knew I was going to be happy training here! Everyone is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. More recently I signed up for a 12 week program where I worked very closely will an amazing coach, Brooke. I started the program with some weight loss goals - I had great results with that and so much more. Brooke provided a ton of knowledge, support, and motivation. The 12 week program with Brooke is incredible - 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined the 12 week program at MVMT after having my second baby. My main goals at the outset were to lose weight and become more physically active. Through Brooke’s program, I achieved those goals and so much more. I’ve learned a ton about nutrition, my mindset and habits around food have completely changed, and for the first time in my life, I feel strong. This program has done wonders for me both mentally and physically. In the past, I was never able to get consistent with going to the gym. I often felt intimidated and out of place. Now, I genuinely look forward to going to the gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming and motivating and the other members are fun and supportive (essential for those 5:15am classes!!!).

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a HARD workout where you can be in and out in an hour, all the thinking and planning is done for you, your coach is pushing you to keep going and somehow you still end up laughing throughout - this is where you want to be! I’ve been coming to mvmt since February and I can’t begin to put to words the change I have seen in my confidence, stamina and strength. I look and feel incredible.

I am half way through and so far Taylor has been great at holding me accountable to attending three strength and conditioning classes per week, a supplement regimen, and a food guide to help with my nutrition and eating habits. Taylor checks in with me everyday to keep me on track to achieving my goals. The classes are fun and all the members are so supportive of each other throughout the classes. I am only half way through and already signed up to continue after my 6 weeks!
Fantastic experience: MVMT Strength is great. The six week program was really effective and easy. It was really the kickstart I needed! All the trainers are super fun and really helpful, and the group classes make it easy to push yourself when you’re ready. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: If you value a well designed and researched training program, MVMT Strength is for you! Each session includes strength and conditioning components. No matter your level of fitness or experience, the coaches will make sure you are exercising within the range best for you. The classes are small, so coaches can guide you in movements, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The 6 week challenge includes an accountability coach and a simple nutritional program. You also get to see your body composition numbers, and see how they change after staying consistent with workouts. You can track progress in numbers, and I do love to see that data! I've been part of a couple gyms in the past, and so far, MVMT has been the most accommodating to date. I follow a vegan diet - no problem in adapting the plan for me! Highly recommend the gym, and doing a 6 week challenge to easily build healthy habits to last =] Thanks Luke and Will, and all the fantastic coaches!
Fantastic experience: I’ve just closed out 13 months with MVMT strength virtual coaching. It has been such a fulfilling ride. Peak pandemic I could not get back on track and I stumbled upon MVMT on TikTok. I can’t say enough things about their personalized programming, individualized feedback and accountability. My coach, Luke, was a life saver during this time. Saying goodbye is bitter sweet and makes me wish I lived in London! Would 10/10 recommend this crew to anyone locally or virtually!
Fantastic experience: I recently completed the 6 week body transformation program offered by MVMT. Fantastic experience: MVMT has the most welcoming, kind and supportive staff. I never enjoyed working out before joining MVMT, and finally found a place with classes that were motivating and effective, all thanks to the fabulous coaches. They provide alternatives based on your experience level in each workout, diverse strength and conditioning classes, and the classes are also quite small. It feels like 1-on-1 coaching! Fantastic experience: I wish I could rate with more than 5 starts. WOW. I've never been a part of a fitness facility that made me feel welcome, until I met MVMT Strength. I started with the 6-week challenge, and loved it so much I decided to continue past that. I'm now on month 4 - and I don't think I'll ever stop coming here. Not only do they value human movement and deliver quality fitness classes - they give importance to the factors beyond that. From saying 'Hi' the SECOND you walk in the building, introducing themselves, accommodating injuries or comfort levels, to accepting all fitness levels and histories, challenging you while respecting your input and boundaries, are just a few of the amazing things that both staff AND members of MVMT Strength deliver. Membership price doesn't become a issue when there's so many amazing components to it. Working out at Fit4Less or home would've never gotten me to where I am today - MVMT Strength did!
Fantastic experience: Middle aged with a good amount of weight to lose (and having done no real physical activity for a year) I dared myself to try the six week challenge. I was super nervous and intimidated. From day one - I was supported and encouraged and felt very welcomed. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I’m hooked and stayed on after my 6 weeks. Saw result within the first ten days and haven’t stopped seeing changes week to week in my fitness level and physical shape.
