LivFit Listowel gym is locally owned and operated in downtown Listowel Ontario.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult, and often requires support! Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of your everyday lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle!
With years of success and experience, we are capable of creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our clients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We take everything into account, analyzing your body type and metabolism to create your individualized fitness program!

Fantastic experience: Excellent place to workout. Great Team
Fantastic experience: Deadlift PR today. 4 sets x 10 - 100 pounds in plates. This may not seem like much to some however, it was only a couple of years ago when I needed a back brace just to pick up twigs in the back yard. Laura, Adrian and the LivFit team have improved my quality of life far beyond what I thought could be achieved. For that, I am so very appreciative. I could not recommend a better gym to call home. #Thistimeiwin.

Thanks for your review, Autumn!We can relate to your -1 star during January. From 6pm - 8 pm, it's pretty crowded, but our culture is still incredible within those times. That's why we're close to our member cap! 2023 was the first year in our new location; now that the extra $57k of unexpected renovations has finally been paid off, we are going to be expanding the right wing of the gym with 4 squat racks 4 dumbbell racks and filling out the middle areas with new selectorized machinery. We did spend about $14,000 this month on new machinery, so please be patient with us.Upstairs will be next after that.We are working on it, so stay tuned. We do love you as a member, but I do feel like you're being a bit tough on us as it's January and this happens in every gym across the world. But we've got broad shoulders and totally understand your point of view. We promise to change that four stars into a five. :)

Fantastic experience: Best gym on the planet hands down. Adrian and Erin care deeply about their members and are not here for the money. The standard they have for the safety and cleanliness of their gym is unmatched. Abide by their rules( it’s their gym, not yours - simple ) and they will be very good friends!

Fantastic experience: I have been a Livfit member for years, and it is such a pleasure to not only know that I am valued as a member, but also that my needs and safety are a top priority of the staff and owners. Every interaction I have had with the staff has been friendly and welcoming. Livfit’s trainers are fantastic, and the classes I’ve attended have been awesome. The facility is super clean and the layout is easy to navigate. I love being a Livfit member because community, encouragement, service and respect are key components of their business, and it shows.

Fantastic experience: BRAND NEW facility with CLEAN equipment. It sounds like they're picking up even more new stuff for members too. If we were closer, we'd all sign up.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to in this area. Visiting from Northern Ontario. Day pass rates are reasonable, staff was very friendly and accommodating, awesome new equipment with something for everyone, very clean, and private change rooms and showers. What more could you ask for when visiting a gym. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: LivFit hosts the best gym equipment in the area. The power racks are superb, and there is enough equipment for advanced lifters to run a proper split. The gym is fitted with mainly Hammer Strength equipment, but there is a splash of Rogue equipment in the space. Bathrooms are posh and extremely clean, the gym itself is extremely clean. The space also has A/C which I can't say the same for everywhere in town. The music/environment is quiet enough to block out with headphones and loud enough to keep you going when they die. The gym also offers a wide selection of supplements you can purchase such as Protein powder, Mass gainer, Pre-Workout, BCAA, and more.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. They have all the right stuff (people and equipment). They have some super fun stuff you won't find at a generic gym (sandbags, SSB bar). The PR wall is great for motivation. owners are crazy good people and are super supportive and knowledgeable. Members are nice too. I 100% recomend you make this your go to gym.

Fantastic experience: LivFit is a great Gym. The owners are always willing to have a chat, as well as answer any questions you may have. They have plenty of equipment and always have a good energy in the building. If you are looking for a gym in Listowel I would highly recommend you check it out.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a gym and had look at few in the area. From the initial interview at LivFit I knew this was the gym I wanted to be at. Just an absolute pleasure to workout with Adrian as my coach. His knowledge and training is awesome! The facility is top notch and has great equipment! Can't say enough good things! 10 stars!

Fantastic experience: Livfit is a fantastic facility. The first time I walked in I was struck by how clean and bright it is. All the equipment is in excellent condition and weights are always where they belong which I LOVE! Michelle and Erin are so knowledgeable, approachable, kind and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place to go for your fitness needs. It's spacious, private entrance for members, and has a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
