Lethbridge Fitness Club

Fantastic experience: The set schedule for the group fitness sessions is just right for my other activities. Instructors are well verse in what they teach. Their enthusiasm comes out naturally that motivates me more to finish each sets. I will definitely recommend fitness club to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to different gyms around Lethbridge and I feel like the environment at Lethbridge Fitness is the best. The ladies here are very kind and always have a smile! Overall it just feels like a place of community and acceptance, it’s pretty great. Also, toast to the lovely lady who took the time to write this note on my wrap, she did not have to but I thought it was so sweet!

Fantastic experience: I dropped in for a quick work out and was amazed by both the facility and the staff. Very helpful staff and the general environment was by far best I’ve experienced at any gym. It feels like a community.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love LFC! They have the best staff! So friendly and personable. Great hours, and a great selection of equipment. I consider myself a gym junkie and I have been to a lot of the gyms in Lethbridge, and you can’t beat fitness club. The members also create such a welcoming environment too!

Fantastic experience: Good Place to workout if you are visiting or live in town. -They have INFRARED sauna which not too many gyms have. - Elliptical Machines and Treadmills are great too. - Booster Juice on site as well.

Fantastic experience: Have visited a few different gyms during my time and I have come back to Lethbridge Fitness. The atmosphere is so much better than anywhere I've ever been. People actually check to see if they can work out next to you, check if you're using a machine, and everyone seems genuinely happy to see one another. I haven't even got to the staff yet. The front desk ladies are amazing. They definitely make the place feel welcoming, keep it clean, and are always happy to help, answer questions, chat, or make delicious smoothes. It makes a big difference when you have people like that on staff.

In addition to affordable prices, free towel service, an excellent selection of equipment, and a new outdoor facility, LFC has friendly and welcoming staff. They have also done a great job of creating a culture where other members are friendly, respectful, and approachable!

Positive experience: It's got the equipment, classes and open when others are closed. My only cringe is the vapidness of some of the younger staff and lack of social boundary knowledge.

Fantastic experience: This is now my home gym. Amazing prices, amazing people and amazing equipment. I have started to see results in my fitness and always look forward to my next work out! Zumba is also pretty great! My only recommendation would be make sure that clean music is played :) So much appreciate this awesome gym.

Fantastic experience: Lethbridge fitness gyms have very limited hours or closed on holidays. I phoned alot of the gyms to get answering machines but Not this gym. My phone call was answered and the gym was OPENED with good hours, resonable drop-in fee, accommodating, and changed a TV channel for my cardio which was great. The cardio area had every kind machine with no wait and weight training area was endless. The gym felt at cooler temperature and with fans there was no over heating while I worked out and no stuffy gym smell. Gym and bathroom were very clean, steamroom and showers were super sweet. :)
