Jeff was able to come to our monthly breakfast last summer and show us a warm up routine before starting work everyday. Jeff was also able to answer all questions of personal sore spots and able to give us easy movements to strengthen and relieve pain of our employees.

He is very accommodating on schedule I have trained at 5 in the morning or ten at night.He always makes something work. Fantastic experience: GK performance is THE best gym in the edmonton area no questions asked, It is in a easily accessible quite area with lots of parking and feels like a real gym once your inside. I have been with Jeff for 3 years now and I haven’t felt better in my life from strength to personality it has changed who I am and I’m sure the others will agree with me. Jeff also provides a simple and affordable payment plan which is a lifesaver compared to the other gyms in the area.
