Fantastic experience: The owners of this club have created an incredible community atmosphere that is difficult to achieve. From the cleanliness of the facility to the level of care they take in properly introducing their members to the unique and effective training culture of Crossfit. Ladysmith is lucky to have a Crossfit gym of this calibre.

Fantastic experience: Dropped in here for a visit and wow, what a welcoming, fun group of athletes and coaches! Very family friendly and I can tell the regulars have a good community vibe. Nice use of the space for a small gym - we had over 10 in the class easily. Look out for their hilly 400m run!
