Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at SPINCO Kingston this morning! Kat, the owner, is absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome. I loved the Pilates class—it was the perfect balance of challenging and fun. The studio itself is spotless, modern, and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back and try more classes

Fantastic experience: I was home for a month this summer and really hit my stride with the unlimited pass at Spinco. All of the instructors and front desk people are friendly, you can tell they really love what they do. I did want to take a moment though to speak about Kyla. Lucky for me, I happened to be around for three of her Taylor vs Taylor series and was blown away by the amount of effort she put in to making them special. From well thought out playlists to album themed outfits, homemade friendship bracelets to co-ordinated balloons, she really smashed the brief. Thank you Kyla! & see ya next summer spinco!

Fantastic experience: I have completed 4 classes now at SPINCO Kingston, and I am officially hooked. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and as a new rider, I did not feel intimidated at all. I have recently started my own fitness journey, and was a bit nervous walking in for the first time. Those nerves quickly vanished and those feelings were replaced with excitement, determination, and a new found passion for fitness. I have definitely found my "thing". I am quickly becoming a regular at Spinco and plan to keep on riding and testing/challenging myself to see what I can accomplish! :)

Negative experience: Read the fine print when purchasing sessions here. There is an expiry date of 6 months after purchase, only 6 months!! Lost a $120.00 for 5 full sessions. Hope you enjoy my free money. Will NEVER shadow the doorway of this rip off joint again! What happens if one has an injury, or sickness that prevents them getting in there in time to redeem them? Was never clearly outlined about shelf life at time of purchase. Again, enjoy!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved SPINCO! I went with my niece whilst in town. The first time it was so good that I booked another session immediately. Danielle did the first session and she was brilliant - really kind and enthusiastic. The next session was with Jade who was fantastic - super pumped, energizing and epic music selection. I felt like she was a spin superstar and simultaneous DJ! Will try and squeeze in another session before I leave Kingston. Highly recommend. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Great Studio! The staff are welcoming and very helpful! The 50 min. workout is amazing! You push yourself, alongside a group, in a dimly lit room. The instructors are there to motivate and coach you through a high-energy cardio workout (with a single weight track) with a smile on their face every-time! Definitely would suggest trying a class out! OH! If you're NEW show up early to get the proper set up for your ride, it will make the class more enjoyable! :)

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and classes! Safe space to push yourself within your limits. Great instructors and great new exercise to try! I don’t have anymore joint pain after starting spin classes! It can seem intimidating at first but everyone is super supportive!

Fantastic experience: Best workout of my life! The energy is fantastic and the instructors are energetic and super welcoming! I’m a beginner at riding and I felt very comfortable keeping up with the class. I will be coming back and recommending everyone to the Kingston location!

Fantastic experience: SpinCo Kingston is such a fun, upbeat, community! I LOVE going to classes to push my cardio to another level, plus the music and lighting is a VIBE. If you haven't been yet, I recommend checking it out.

Fantastic experience: Spinco KINGSTON grand opening was nothing less than incredible. The studio has an amazing community feel and the instructors were 10/10. I loved the music, the workout and the vibe of the studio. One of the best sweats I’ve had at a spin studio. Definitely can’t wait to come back!
