Negative experience: Great gym but there’s no reason to constantly blast music when 90% of the members have headphones in. Really annoying

Fantastic experience: One week in to my monthly membership and I am in love with this facility and the staff. Incredible classes. I was shy to come in as I know nothing about weights however I have discovered that I don't need to know anything! Every class is taught by a skilled instructor who guides you the entire time. Absolutely thankful to have found this amazing place. The icing on the cake is the Infrared sauna ! I have used it 3x already in my first week.

Fantastic experience: TWP - a home away from Home really. Not only does TWP have the most experienced, friendly and well rounded owners.. but every single staff member also makes you feel like you’re family. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with the most welcoming faces matched with the most knowledgeable staff. Not sure how to use a piece of equipment? You will never feel uneasy asking one of their amazing staff members for help! Every gym seems to be overloaded when the new year rolls around; However, TWP has ample amounts of room for you to complete your workout with tons of different equipment choices to choose from. Whether I’m looking to unwind and workout solo or participate in a group class setting, I know I will always leave feeling accomplished and feeling welcomed.

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about this gym. Prior to the new manager I would have given it a 5/5. Unfortunately, ever since the new manager started it’s lost its welcoming, friendly vibe it had prior. Every interaction I’ve had with her she was so incredibly rude. I have since cancelled my pass because of this. Aside from this, I’ve found all the other staff to be really welcoming, helpful and friendly. Kylee’s spin class is 10/10.

Fantastic experience: TWP is an amazingly inclusive gym! The staff are full of positivity and I always feel comfortable going for a workout; whether it’s a “take it easy” day or I want to workout in full force.

Fantastic experience: TWP has been my go to for 32 years now! I'm so grateful especially to Ashley and the teaching staff for their support as I've worked thru 4 knee surgeries over the past several years. They've helped me focus on what I can do vs. what I can- and I've learned to be comfortable adjusting to what my body can do and celebrating that! It's meant the world to me to have their support and I love being known by my gym!!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout! All ladies. Great class and atmosphere.

Negative experience: Don’t go to this gym if you plan to go after work. They have personal training classes with large groups and book out multiple different machines so you cannot use them if there is a class. Half of their cardio equipment is never working, one day I walked in and walked out when they had 6 cardio machines working and all being utilized. Never been so dissatisfied at a gym in my life.

Fantastic experience: They are letting our Special Olympics athletes to use the dance space and from the bottom of my heart I want to thank you all. The staff are wonderful and welcoming.

This gym offers incredible value with its affordable prices, daily classes, and a staff that's not only super friendly but also keeps the place impeccably clean. Never worry about crowded machines – it's easy to get what you need. Plus, they have a protein and coffee bar for that extra boost. Highly recommend for a top-notch fitness experience!

Fantastic experience: Visited Kelowna for a few days and came to this gym for my workout. The staff members are so lovely and welcome and helpful. Absolutely loved coming to this gym and will definitely be back when I’m back in Kelowna. Thank you guys so much!!

Fantastic experience: I will never step foot in another gym! The whole atmosphere in TWP is incredible. Everyone is so respectful and helpful. I have yet to see any inch of the gym in anything less than immaculate shape and cleanliness. The family who owns the gym are lovely humans, and this is a business that you definitely want to support!

Fantastic experience: There's so many things to love about this gym. Want to do your own workouts? Space is incredible and there's a wide variety of machines, weights and barbells. Group classes are so good and a personal fav is small group training with a personalized workout. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to workout and an awesome community of people.

Fantastic experience: Huge, beautiful facility with the NICEST people you'll ever meet. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is so helpful and genuine. Somehow they know everybody by name, and they treat everyone like they matter. TWP is a community, and they give back to the community.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Kelowna!! I’ve almost been a year with twp and I cannot say this enough that the energy and environment is just the best!!! I used to get anxiety going to other gyms but this gym is just different! I feel confident coming in and killing my workouts. The staff is amazing and cleanliness is top tier! TWP really made me feel like working out isn’t just too look good but also to mentally feel good! I LOVE YOU TWP!!!

Fantastic experience: The Women’s Place is the best gym I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff are friendly, the facility is clean, and the environment is safe, inclusive, and supportive. If you feel anxious or hesitant to work out on co-ed gyms, or if you are looking for a new space, this is the one! Fantastic experience: I love this place! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff, they are always cleaning and have sanitization bottles all over the gym. Plenty of equipment including cardio, weights and racking. They are constantly evolving to the needs of their members and they are welcoming and informative to every female that wants to go workout. They are also active in giving back to the community and supporting other businesses and entrepreneurs. You will sweat, learn and feel like a member of their family. Highly recommend this be the gym of choice for every female in Kelowna looking for a non intimidating place to train.

Can’t get much better than that! Whether you enjoy classes or prefer to do your own thing, the gym is set up for all levels of fitness. Fantastic experience: TWP has it figured out. One membership (at a VERY reasonable rate), full access to the gym facility and also to excellent group fitness classes. The trainers are all fantastic - I have never sweat so much in my life as I do in their classes. The atmosphere is welcoming, bright, and friendly. TWP has none of the typical intimidating vibes of a 'regular' gym. I've never been able to be a consistent gym-goer in the past, but I am now, and it's definitely thanks in part to the facility and programs that TWP offers.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this facility! I don't think of it as a gym. For me it's an extension on my community. I love going to see the familiar faces as much as I love to go break a sweat. The staff are so friendly and kind. There is a large selection of equipment and group classes. For me the added bonus is that daycare is included in the membership so I can bring my 3 yr old with me.

Positive experience: Update: They now have a leg press, yay! I really like it here because it's affordable, the owners are friendly and really involved, and they have good classes. The one thing I wish is that they offered more weekend class hours and that they had a leg press machine and others of the sort as the weight machines are fairly limited

Fantastic experience: I love TWP! The facility is always so clean and the staff have made me feel nothing but welcome! The selection of equipment is great for the size of facility... never have an issue getting a spot on the treadmill which is always great... but I do wish they had a few pieces of equipment like the power tower and the abductor machine. The location is perfect and has tonssss of parking. Can’t see myself ever leaving team TWP!

Fantastic experience: I joined TWP Gym a few months after meeting the owners through Swinging with the Stars. I knew I loved them as people, so I figured... I will for sure LOVE their gym! And I was right! Best experience ever. The whole atmosphere is just GORGEOUS and makes you feel so pampered even when you're going to get your sweat on. I love the change rooms and the bathroom too. Not only is it superbly CLEAN, but it's the prettiest and most comfortable change room I've ever seen. Carrying out my workouts there is also a dream. The equipment selection is great and works well for the kind of lifting I like to do. Staff is SO friendly and makes me feel at home. I really enjoy going to TWP because I love to chat and get to know everyone there
