Fantastic experience: By far my favourite gym in Ottawa. It had all the equipment I needed and it was never too crowded. Owner, staff and other members are very friendly and respectful.

Fantastic experience: This gym is one of my favourite gyms in Ottawa. It has everything what you need and staffs are very friendly. They constantly vacuuming and organizing so it’s very clean all the time.

Negative experience: This place supports segregation. Discriminating against people who WANT to have their own choices. Trash human beings. Never support people this low

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym. I’ve been going for almost a year now and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff and members. Everyone is very respectful, everything is regularity cleaned, and it’s always easy to get the equipment you need. Hidden gem in Centretown.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym I have gone to in Ottawa. Open for the majority of the day with enough equipment for any kind of workout and is rarely crowded. The owners are very friendly and understanding, and the place is very clean. You can't beat what this gym offers in terms of accessibility, space, price, and comfort of workout.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Good selection of equipment, dumbbells, benches and heavy weights. There are a few components I'd like to see but if you get a little creative, you can still have a great workout. No loud music blaring and no "attitude". People just come to get their workout on. If you're looking for a nice place to train, in the heart of Centretown, check it out.

Fantastic experience: The gym most of our team has been going to for a few years now! It's small, family run, and never too busy! Getting yourself in better shape, or into any shape at all is great and easy with the whole team at TFF!
