Fantastic experience: If you haven't been here before..you have just discovered one of Huntsville's best kept secrets IMO. I go for the sauna mainly; my flexibility came back super fast with a few toe touches in there. People are super nice, most I've seen on in the gym at a time seems to be 3-5. It's a great gym, and you can't beat the membership price & hours. I'm so glad I discovered it!
